A win qualifies them automatically. A draw leaves them needing the Ukraine to beat France in Kiev or Italy to not beat the Faroes at home. Does it go down to head to head? Because France have a superior GD. Yes, head to head. France and Scotland have the same points as it stands, so Scotland are ahead. Hence they need the Ukraine to BEAT France as France would only need a point.
