He doesn't seem the type of person who isn't interested in improving. He's obsessed with football, and studies the game intensively. Doesn't seem like he can switch off and enjoy life as a family. His life seems to be football.

Remember back when he took over, was getting the team to play well with the likes of Jonjo Shelvey, Ciaran Clark, Karl Darlow and Matt Richie. Tremendous job he's done.

We have had a truly awful season and yet somehow we are only 13 points off 4th. Truly bizarre season. If we had kept half of our leads would be around there, with better keeper would be almost nailed on.

Are you disappointed we scrapped through? Even at our best against Brighton we have struggled. We were an out of form against a very in-form team, not exactly a gimme.

Desperately, desperately need a new Goalkeeper. And a DCM who can intercept and win 50/50 balls, with some quality to launch fast counters So not everyone needs to be so deep.
