For his transfer fee, I'd give him the top 3 spots, aye.
-
Complete lack of positional awareness, just look at the runs Son and Kane are making with ease. No adjustments after the goals, either. I hope we get pelted so the last and 1000th game of Bruce's shit managerial career embodies the bulk of it, pure shite.
-
Been clinical when presented with the chance and our defence being as disorganized as ever under Bruce. Thankfully, he'll be gone immediately and then most of the shit in our squad over the next couple years.
-
Second paragraph took a real heel turn there, George.
-
he’s too thick to know who that is. Another thing to be excited about when we get our proper manager is actual insight into our game prep during press meetings.
-
Aye. Hence my immortalized profile image.
-
Not even close to @James worsts.
-
What has surprised me the most is they've let him carry on like this. I'd have expected he'd be under some restraint from up top on how to conduct himself. He's fucking gone monday regardless of win or loss, these antics need to be left with our past owner and I suspect this reaction signifies his death knell. Get fucked or slapped, Steve Bruce.

Bruce dishing out punishment:
-
Players are culpable too, hopefully new ownership gives them incentive to play at or beyond potential. Obviously won’t be counting on Bruce for a lift in performance.
-
At least he'll have a noose around what he can or can't say where I don't think Ashley really cared what came out of his mouth.
-
Fair enough, but I think we also need to exercise patience as we're now run by a consortium and humans with another level of business acumen than Ashley and his cronies ever had. Even with Bruce on the touchline, I think we can win games between now and the end of his tenure.
-
We've gone from 1 game, to an entire month now? Honestly? Sure. We need to act accordingly and improvement isn't going to move the needle until we can bring in new players come January. Should Bruce be in this job? Absolutely not and there's a reason (he's shit) why we plucked him from a mid table championship club, but if it's deemed having him short term is providing stabilization, then fine. A week ago we were faced with a season and beyond of Bruce. Now, we've all got the idea everything needs to happen at high velocity because the takeover was approved in 48hrs out of nowhere. There's been zero public support of Bruce from our new owners, with the only mention of performance quoted being "this club should not be 19th". Brucey's days are numbered, it will happen very soon.
-
There's 31 games left, mate. Reckon there's enough time to get survival sorted.
-
I've not heard a peep of support from our new owners towards Bruce. He's gone and I imagine PIF want reasoning, a plan and outcomes defined before his removal. It's actually nice having some foresight injected into this club rather than the "just good enough" from our former owner.
-
Right? The immediacy in which the takeover happened has skewed logic in some of our supporters thinking. We’re run at another level now and every decision will be calculated, concise, with every outcome measured for accountability. I expect we’re being operated moving forward in a model that is insight and data driven over opinion. Rather than Ashley’s inner circle of muppets.

The recency bias and cognitive dissonance is through the roof in this thread.
-
The forum is going through some recency bias here with how quickly the takeover happened last week.
-
He’d stabilize them, which is what they’re clamouring for now and that’s about it. Eventually, Derby fans would ask…”Right, can we crack on with it?” to which his answer would be:
-
Have him here to goad the Mackem's like he does Roy Keane.
-
Mostly piss taking the Mackems from what I recall, sprinkled with some “we’ve got a billionaire now” lifting craic. Took one season to realize it was going backwards for those with any intelligence towards football.
-
This image is the exact reason why we should not be involved in any sort of docu-series.
-
the contrarianism on RTG is next level. You also left out rampant homophobia, something they excel at better than football.
