They definitely aren’t as fluid as they were under Nuno. Then again, Jota and Traore were very good for them and haven’t been replaced.
They’re 2 or 3 signing's away from being a constant 6-8th place team.
I miss the Moyes version of Everton, they were much less annoying and were great to watch from a neutral perspective. Remember Fellani there? Lukaku? That was a great team.
I’m sure @Neil does too.
When it works, it works really well for him. Seems a solid human being, so can't help but be chuffed for him and West Ham players.
The Dildo Bros and Brady can fuck off, though.
Why do they always flame out? Whereas the other players you mention have higher/active roles within their respective clubs?
Chelsea are definitely the pristine model and you're not wrong in that assessment across the big clubs.
Right, he's pretty good. You'd have thought they'd try to elevate the homegrown talent and make it the cultural backbone of the team. Also, I don't necessarily buy @Froggy's argument that Fergie got lucky. You had talented players nurtured by one of the best managers in the history of Football. What is shows is the incompetence of the front office since the Yanks took over.
I honestly haven't paid much attention, just seemed anecdotally to be the case. Rashford, Greenwood and Lingard are all I can think of who have been through the ranks.
What has seemingly been lost that brought Man United previous dominance is the youth system and the development of players through the ranks. One aspect that hasn't been replicated since SAF left the game.
Renewable energy resource, a factory full of them on Wearside, on treadmills, forced to run to the death or "get the dart", not just them, but their tiny rat family as well.
Better returns than Crypto, MARRA!
