Yes UEFA money rules are utterly broken. I can't remember the exact details but I did some calculations last year. If we won every single CL and won the comp, Man City only made it to the round of 16, they would still have made more money than us.

PL are to blame for all of this. Loads of bullshit about being sustainable whilst actually just limiting competition. A spending cap is the way to go allowing all clubs in the same league to spend the same value, if you stay in a higher league longer you can spend more over the long run.
