Why is it so badly made? It's like it's been winched up and pinned to the middle of the chest. I do really like the kit itself tbh, have done since the initial leaks.
-
the authentic. Why does it hang like that? Christ Almighty. Is it just cos the model's got a big chest or is there not enough fabric up near the collar? Looks ridiculous. White shorts though.

If we lose Isak we're weaker regardless of who we bring in so you can sort of see the point Ryder is making, but no one in their right mind is taking the window shutting tomorrow if offered. The squad is nowhere near big enough and we absolutely must replace Wilson and Longstaff. I'm convinced we'll do some good business this window and I remain excited to see how it transpires. Sign Ramsdale, Wissa and a couple others; resolve Isak one way or the other: get the CEO and SD sorted to provide leadership at a corporate level and a connection to the owners; enjoy a couple of morale-boosting friendlies at SJP... all of those things are achievable and would at least mean we've got our ducks in a row in time for matchday one. I've not followed the stuff today but if there's stories about the squad's discontentment about the direction of the club, my question is: where was that story pre-Isak? Standard tabloid behaviour, just feeding off doom.
-
This is still the best outcome and I very much hope it happens. And I can't be arsed with any scorched earth business; would prefer to believe his abhorrent behavior has been provoked by an agent. Doesn't make it acceptable but makes it almost forgivable, providing he's committed if he does end up staying. Probably wishful thinking at this stage.

In all seriousness, just give it time. The idea that we can't get deals done simply isn't true. New players will come, we're not going into this grueling season with the squad in it's current shape.

Isak and Botman signed when we had very different targets. Livramento and Hall were prospects. We're chasing quality that's ready now, because that's what we need to keep up with the teams ahead of us whilst juggling a Champions League campaign. If anything we'll have actually learned that from the likes of Hall, not that he was ever a bad signing. Tonali is in that tier of player where he probably gets pinched from us this summer, such is the strength of the cartel's control on the market right now.
-
I am absolutely of that opinion, and I was being glib. Clearly I mean 'players who - unlike those we've targeted and had robbed from us by the constraint-free cartel - provide less of a guarantee of being useful to us in a Champions League campaign whilst simultaneously assisting in our continued efforts to disrupt the established order at the top of the PL.'
-
If people thought we should've just gone after worse players the good news is they're all still available.
-
I mean you literally can't make a judgement on the transfer window until it closes (at the earliest!) It's like (to continue the metaphor) saying "what a terrible defeat this is!" when it's 30 minutes in.
-
I'm not saying people shouldn't lose their marbles if they want to, I'm getting there myself, but I don't agree with your metaphor. Unless it's 0-0 after half an hour and we're playing poorly. So much can still happen in this window, it doesn't take that long to sign a player, providing the cartel aren't interested.
-
Can't be arsed with this. It's so uncomplicated to me and I'll never agree with the opposing view that it's all our fault so I'm gonna tap out.

Ominous update from Yawnstein. Cartel absolutely owns the market and we haven't got a fucking prayer. Would love for people to give the club a bit of a break in all this but I won't hold my breath. Who else is out there who comes as close to plug-in-and-play in a Champions League campaign than the targets we've lost out on this summer? We're being cornered into taking the mid-table recruitment route and just hoping Eddie Howe can turn them into an A1 player.

Feel like Muniz completes the set in terms of PL strikers were might feasibly chase.

BREAKING!!!1 some twat on twitter said something!
-
Petrovic to Bournemouth Kelleher and Henderson to Brentford Brighton randoms Barry to Everton Forest's Brazilian football friends Walker-Peters to West Ham Promoted team punts That's it. Elanga to us is by a distance the most meaningful signing anyone outside the cartel has made.
-
We won't have been his only possible move btw, and we've done well getting a loan rather than a sale out of it. We've also seemingly got things moving pretty quickly after identifying him as first choice post-Trafford. Decent turn from the shambolic clowns.
-
Hopefully we can still deliver upgrades across the squad, aside from Isak, which is impossible. Would love to get Wissa sorted and settle the nerves over that position just a little bit. Almiron > Elanga ✅✅✅ Dúbravka > Ramsdale ✅ Wilson > Wissa ✅✅ Isak > Sesko 🟥🟥 Longstaff > ? ❔ Kelly > ? ❔
-
We might do.
-
Fuck this cunt and his poxy little goatee.

No beef at all with signing Ramsdale on loan. Pope will get injured again and Dúbravka is an unknown quantity at this point; last season was probably an Indian summer, you'd think. He was a disaster in 23/24 and we can't have him playing Champions League games again. Shame about Trafford but the cartel fucked that for us (don't respond). A good goalie who Howe trusts and costs next to nowt is a good backup to have. Elanga, Ramsdale, Gallagher and Wilson's replacement and we're getting somewhere. Replacing Isak, who knows how that goes.
