I backed up his answer. Again, i ask, what's wrong with that? Really is such a non-argument. You posted up a question - fairly hysterically might i add - and when someone answers it, you call them a smartarse. Don't get it!

Is the right answer. Next? could you explain why other players have had theirs whilst still playing for their clubs then?? just a question like? Nope, can't explain that. What's with all the arsey comments, btw, NUFCNutter? Jamie gave the reason and i backed it up - what on earth was wrong with that?

Newcastle United vs Blackburn (H) - pre match thread

Would probably agree with that, but more because i'm just hoping that the Reading game was Titus' last. Seeing as he was so bad and Taylor was fairly assured. Still no sign of a squad, so will just go ahead with: Harper Solano -- Taylor -- Onyewu -- Babayaro Milner -- Parker -- Dyer -- N'Zogbia Ameobi -- Owen Subs: Srnicek, Carr, Pattison, Carroll, Martins Normally, i would have wanted to drop Dyer - simply because of his gutless and pitiful performance as 'captain' the other night. He was crap against Chelsea aswell and the guy needs a reality, check i think. Anyhow, that's not possible. I would play Parker alongside him - which would be the natural thing to do, although i can imagine Roeder will go with the bizarre 4-3-3 (or whatever the hell it was) we saw against Reading. Playing Parker and Dyer would be tricky. Obviously, the normal thing to do then, would be for Parker to play deeper, seeing as Dyer is far better going forward than him. But what would Roeder do? That's how i would play it, anyway. Also, i've dropped Carr - even though i think he's doing well (term used loosely), because i think a natural left-back will really help N'Zogbia. Martins needs a rest, he's fucked. And it's an ideal opportunity to blood Shola and Owen. -
So this is the standard adidas away shirt? Liverpool have it as well... Wonder if ours will be like it? Seeing as we NEVER have standard kits, i doubt it. Those colours look sexy, though. Nice kit that.

Hope so. -
Not after he's sussed him. He got rid. He only sussed him when three players collided. Bugger, thats not going to happen now. They just stand there now, watching oppositiion players run past them, while drooling slightly and rocking gently back and forwards. Tbh, i was pretty damned annoyed and disturbed, a la three players colliding, when N'Zogbia and Milner were within feet of each other at one point against Reading. The two alleged wingers.

Think Roeder's made it pretty clear that Owen will start. -
Difference there was that Bolton had a pretty shit team with no money. We've got a good team with good players and money to spend.
-
Aye, he's saved Hull from relegation. I'd thought the same thing as you, but nah - there'll be no getting him away from there now.
-
Try getting him away from Humberside now. He's probably got freedom of the city.

Spurs' new kit in the running for most boring football kit ever made award.
-
It has surprised me, actually...
-
They've been absolutely class in Europe this season, Espanyol. I'd like to see them win it.
-
Probably not, but the difference here - to any other manager - would be that Allardyce would know who to appoint. Whereas the likes of Roeder wouldn't have a fucking clue.
-
Not after he's sussed him. He got rid. I know - he sussed him when two thirds of the season, £50m and the chances of being a good side had evaporated. What's to say he won't do something similar once again? Like i say, Shepherd knows that keeping Roeder gives him the best chance of this uber-Geordie-race on the football pitch, and i only think he'll get rid once the situation is absolutely critical. Obviously, i'm praying that i'm wrong. If we lose at home to Blackburn, i might think otherwise.
