Great thing about Dortmund is that it's not just all out attack, but it's such an entertaining way to do it. This Barcelona team of the last few years have also been all out attack, but nowhere near as fun to watch as this current Dortmund side IMO. While Barcelona are content with keeping the ball and wait for the perfect time for the killer ball, Dortmund just go for it straight away, with loads of players making runs as soon as they get the ball. Barcelona is more "we'll keep the ball and make it difficult for you", while Dortmund have been more "fuck it, we might lose it, but we'll win back soon enough anyway". Not saying either is "better", but I prefer watching Dortmund more than I did watching Barcelona when they were at their best.

Had £25 on more than 2.5 goals. Poor odds like, but couldn't think of anything else that felt safe. Been in good form lately, quite a few wins the last few weeks.

Talk about Hummels being on his way to Bayern as well

Been saying it all season, there's nothing to not like about this Dortmund team. Gundogan, Reus and Götze were all brilliant tonight, along with of course Lewandowski. Gundogan is quickly becoming one of my favourite players, he's an absolute joy to watch, he really has it all.
-
Nice to see Götze starting despite the news the last few days.
-
Probably Cabaye or Cissé.

I don't agree, I don't see how biting someone can be worse than what Aguero did tbf. It's pathetic and that alone maybe deserves 10 games, but you can't tell me that biting someone in the arm is worse than actually trying to deliberately break someone, can you? As I said, there is a problem with consistency. But I can't see anyone can argue that 10 games for biting someone is too harsh. Biting is so far removed from normal football behaviour that IMO it's uniquely disgusting and needs to be dealt with extremely harshly. Same with racism. There are lots of bad tackles but they are not the same. Tbf, I don't think what Aguero did can even be called a tackle, that was an assault with the only intention being to hurt Luiz. It's disgraceful that he got away with that IMO. I do agree that the 10 game ban for Suarez is about right, it certainly isn't harsh considering his previous antics here and in Holland.

Klopp is just quality, he deserves better than one of his star players fucking off just before a semi final in the CL. Reckon he'll still play Götze tomorrow then?
-
I've mostly seen them in the CL tbf, maybe Klopp uses them differently in the league and CL? And like I said, even if Götze starts on the wing and Reus in the middle, they both move around the pitch enough that it's not always clear who plays where
-
Strange that pretty much every time I've seen Dortmund, Reus has played central and Götze on the wing (starting positions that is, it's not like they are as rigid as we are and stick to their positions throughout the game). Of course, I don't watch Dortmund every week like, but that's just the impression I've got from when I've watched them. Certainly agree that Reus' best position is centrally like.
-
Reus gets just as many chance to shine as Götze as it is, from what I've seen, he's the one who has started most games centrally as well. And it's not just that Dortmund are losing Götze, it's that they are powerless in losing him to their biggest rivals that have walked the league this year. It's a huge blow for them IMO. Saying that, when they lost Kagawa to Man U, they went and got Reus, here's hoping they can do something similar now.
-
Guess most just rate Götze a lot more than you do. I think he's a fantastic player, and love watching him and Reus play together and was hoping for Dortmund's sake that they could keep building a team around those two and Gundogan. If Dortmund lose Lewandowski this summer as well (there's been a lot of talk about him leaving IIRC), then that's two huge departures for them. Not saying that they'll be impossible to replace, but it'll be very tough for them.
-
Why am I so gutted about Götze going to Bayern?
-
Benteke and? Agbonlahor isnt too hot and CNZ is hit and miss Weimann is class IMO.
-
Why wouldn't they ? I don't think players like Tevez or Assou-Ekotto watch every other game that's on tele.
-
I like that our players is watching other games.
-
Great start to the game this

I think so too. Think it'll be comfortable for Bayern. What a ridiculous thing to say, of course it won't be comfortable for them I do think Bayern are slight favourites to go through, but it sure as hell won't be easy for them. Swedish games tonight, I'd say Malmö and Elfsborg are good bets. While Elfsborg haven't started this season well at all (four draws in their opening four games), they are good at the plastic pitch at home and Djurgården have been very poor this season. Malmö were pretty rubbish against us last week, but managed to luck their way to a win anyway, and at home I reckon they should be too good for Öster. As for the other two games tonight, I really can't say either way. We were great against Malmö and should have won but for a wrongly disallowed goal, and we are due a win this season, but I'm not confident it'll come tonight though. Don't know enough about either Syrianska or Norrköping to say either way tbh. Both won 2-0 and from the sounds of it, dominated their games.
