Howay man, at least wait and see what they are. Seems unlikely I agree but we might attack them. I agree with you, but who in that team is supposed to do the attacking? Who in the bench could do the the attacking apart from Marveaux? At least now we can bring him on if we go down. Is that supposed to be a good thing, that we've got our creative midfielder on the bench so we can throw him on if we're losing? -

How fucking obvious was it that Pardew had to shoe-horn in Perch today btw? Could see it coming a mile off, "counter Stoke's arial threat". -

It's obviously a straight 4-4-2 with Anita and Jonas on the wings like. I agree with Ikon though that I think Anita might be decent from the right, possibly shades of Barton when he played there for us. -

Seriously, Marveaux comes in and scores a goal in Europe and played rather well in the first half, then finds himself on the bench in our next two PL games even though we haven't got a single other left footer or a winger on the pitch. Baffles me. -

Dear god, what a horrible team -
You really have to wonder what the thought process is like for Ethi before he makes a post like that
-
Everton - Arsenal BTTS, Southampton, West Brom DNB, Chelsea -1.5, Man U -1.5. Four folds and five fold.
-
Thought he had made it when he went to City, didn't play for a couple of important years during his development and is now just an average winger.
-
Difference is that he is not your only creative outlet.
-
So has he been doing well? I've never had any faith that he'll make the grade, but most reports on his time at Sunderland have been really positive. I'd absolutely love it if he develops into a solid left-back - he's relatively cheap, and completely homegrown. He's been good the times I've seen Sunderland this season. Don't think he's their best player, Fletcher is, but his performances have consistently been better than the rest of the team. Think he might is being made to look better because he is an attacking full back and the midfield in front of him is so poor that he often looks like one of their most creative outlets.

Don't think anyone who's site looks like it belongs in the 90s has any right to criticise any other forum tbh. -

Who the hell cares what Stoke fans think about us man? -
I laugh every time I read it, couldn't help myself but to rename the thread title. It's just so apt
-
Mackems were dire like, it has to be said. Harry bottled it when he took Taraabt off, he was causing them loads of problems. He should have gone for it with a 4-3-3 with Taraabt and Hoilett on either side of Cissé IMO.
-
Second 666 page number in a week. Appropriate considering how shite we are.
-
Behind SWP in the pecking order
-
Hoilett must be happy with his choice to sit on the bench for the worst team in the league...
-
If I was Ba, I would rather be up against a full back when the ball is hoofed at me from Williamson rather than against a CB.
-
They've had one good chance each. QPR have had the better half chances though.
-
Mbia hasn't impressed me so far, very wasteful in possession.
-
Obviously biased, but I can't see anything but a QPR win today.
-
Villa, QPR, Boro at the very tempting odds of 9.99.
-
What he did was wrong on so many levels, but not according to the laws of the game. If you can get punished for scoring unfair goals these days, I'm wondering if Cissé might be looking at a ban for his goal against WBA.
