I'd pay for his bus fare, if it would help!
-
I'd like it if we went for Zarate instead.
-
This! he's a bit of wimp really.
-
fuck that bit about Smith not being sold is depressing, to say the least.
-
How can you you expect him to speak Geordie so quickly?.

If this keeps going it better the Luque thread.

Don't forget, we're booting out the sensible new chairman after a year (even though we all knew it was a temporary appointment). Yes, I think that's probably a very fair summation of what people who don't know much about the club think. The thing is, you will only get stability when you get a manager who can meet the chairman/owner's expectations. It's up to the chairman/owner to financially support the manager fairly for that level of expectation, but there's not much you can do about that. That goes for any club, at any level. There's no point in having stability by keeping a manager who is evidently crap and keeps getting you relegated, but for some it's enough to have stability with a manager who can keep a team in mid table and simply avoid relegation every year. Is that stability better for a player than the instability of a team who are constantly striving to better themselves? That's a question for the player and different players will have different ideas about it. Also agents will absolutely LOVE less stable clubs, as they get to cash in on transfer fees more often, so us, Chelsea and Man City should get the pick of the crop this season Agreed. No end to the people prepared to make up any old rubbish to discredit the old board it seems We were "stable" enough when we qualified for europe pretty regularly and had the same manager for 5 years, until the same supporters who now wish he was back, booed him for only finishing 5th in the premiership Takes all sorts I suppose This I have to agree with, it was a real shame that these supporters were booing Bobby when all it needed was to shift Sir Bob up to the board room and let him choose his successor it would have been a smooth transition, better for the club all round.

Good if we get him, when we are finished with him we can sell him to Fenerbache just to piss the Galatassary fans of, as we did with Emre.
-
If that's his house, wouldn't say no to that.

Nice to see "The Special One" back in business can only make European football more interesting, for the interviews alone.

Dunno where you are getting that form considering there has already been confirmed bids for Woodgate in January and Modric. Both were considerable bids. Aye, but he didn't really have much time then did he? And plus, he wouldn't have known who he wanted to sell within the first two weeks of being at the club. Eh?. what's your point? Keegan joined our club with about 2 weeks of the January window left - he wouldn't have had enough time to run the rule over the squad and decide who he wanted to flog. Therefore the theory of "having to sell before buying" was not really in place in January, as time was short. Yeah! but this not January any more is it, and after the meeting with Ashley in London it probably does mean he needs to lower the wage bill before being able to buy. There's no evidence to support that assertion. Okay! it's you could be right, but where's the evidence that supports that Ashley will be the "goose that lays the golden egg" I've not seen anything that about what Newcastle's budget will be this year other than speculation from the papers.

If it's true good bit of business to rid ourselves of Duffy Duck, it seems Keegan needs to sell before he can buy. As I have said in earlier thread Ashley won't be the cash cow everybody thinks he will be "first and foremost he's a businessman" and profit comes before anything else.

Fuck if this true, there is a God after all, now all we need now is for Smith to fuck off and the summer is looking good already.
-
Look boycotts have never worked and never will! as there will always be a majority that will continue to go whether the board sacked a popular Manager or not. If you think they were to sack Keegan then a majority of the fans will boycott the club, then you are living in dream land there will be a few rumblings but that would be about it really.
-
The prick deserves everything he gets!, no sympathy what's so ever for him.
-
after inheriting a bunch of unmotivated players who didn't know how to play and lacking a tiny bit of confidence... what a very objective remark that is... mister ITK turning on keegan it seems Ooh fuck! the bully boys are out in force again.
-
Yeah I think it would be a good idea to sever the strings with Barton.
-
Wasn't there mentioned some where that Newcastle would be doing a tour to China and the far east?, I hope so! I definitely will going to see them if they come to China.
-
I have to admit that when sir Bobby came out to be introduced to the players it was an immensely proud moment to see him there, Pompey deserved to win really they were the better team was impressed with Cardiffs Ledley I can see a Premier League Club going for him.
-
He's a total nutter this Shinawatraw, I can't believe this could be true get in there Kev and start buying.
-
Why? He would be a great second choice. We should never have sold Parker and we should never have bought Smith. Parker and Barton would be a great centre midfield partnership in my opinion. Are you serious? he's not even a good 4th choice Smith is. he talk about Schwarzer aye.. Are right my mistake!
