Joelinton man.

Blackburn twitter fans suggesting potentially strongest side barring Armstrong. Dolan for them is meant to be decent too.

I'm not saying Longstaff is definitely better right this moment, but lets be honest Sean Longstaff would get in that Burnley side they've got Ashley Westwood starting central midfield ffs. Longstaff would also get in the Ireland squad so I'm not too impressed with the fact he got games for Burnley in that midfield and gets picked over Glenn Whelan.

He's played one game man. Jean Alain Boumsong is capable of playing good in one game, especially when it's his debut and he's eager to impress. I'll reserve judgement till I've seen him for at least a few months.

Think he came on in the game before against Huddersfield.

Acuna?
-
Carl Cort?
-
Ginola?
-
Shearer? Or was that home debut?
-
I thought King was younger tbh.
-
Wonder how long he'll get on Saturday.

Neither of those will come as second choice anyway.

Don’t think so. Almiron could be on the bench a lot though, how long will he put up with that though? Lascelles is vital for the back, Fernandez too and I guess Dummett will go between covering LB and CB. Schär for as good as his passing out from the back is, can’t be trusted. Too hot headed and too prone to making mistakes. That’s why Bruce won’t play him. He’d rather have two big lads who just lump it forward.. Lejeune looked excellent at one point in time but he clearly needs time to regain his sharpness and fitness if he even can. He’s had a horrendous time with injuries since he arrived. Maybe he knows the club are fed up with him so doesn’t give a fuck anymore.. who knows. Dubravka Manquillo Fernandez Lascelles Lewis Joelinton Hendrick Shelvey Fraser Wilson ASM Although the midfield will probably be Hendrick Hayden and Shelvey (which is solid enough tbh) I mean there's no way Joelinton is playing central midfield

This is just it. What is the purpose of this signing? Value is all very well but has Fraser actually been identified as the type of player we need? Has to be Ritchie. I don't see a problem position wise we've lost Lazaro who played a similar sort of position.

The furlough scheme is an easy ride though surely. What is it 80% of your salary for sat at home? Beats having to work a full week for that other 20% I'd rather work tbh. There's not much to do as it is with covid so working at least keeps you sane and gives you some structure to your week.

I think he just meant if Bale was to accept a lower wage elsewhere he would have gone by now. As he's wanting a similar wage to what he has now it limits his options to leave.
