The Europeometerâ„¢ (2024/25) - NUFC Qualify for Champions League
Alberto2005 replied to Rich's topic in Football
Calmed down a bit after that ? In all seriousness we should be fine, if in the next 2 games we only pick up a point (which is very unlikely) and assuming Liverpool win both then we'd still be 4 points ahead (with still probably better GD) with three games left two at home to Leicester and Brighton and away to Chelsea. -
I actually feel sick after that as if I was a Spurs fan ?
-
Would like to see Isak off Wilson, even if it's a risk changing shape.
-
Wouldn't be surprised to see Wilson on for Murphy at HT.
-
Two have to go, I think Leicester will come above both.
-
Tbh I kind of wouldn't mind Sunderland going up. I'd love us dicking them every derby.

Educated guess based on him coming off with a knock. -

Expecting: Pope Trippier Schar Botman Burn Bruno Willock Joelinton Murphy Gordon Isak -
Yeah definitely up there. Spurs last week has to be number 1 and then probably Man U. I enjoyed the Leicester win on Boxing day also.
-
Manquillo replacing Trippier scares the shit out of me.
-
Willock has been awful, I agree Bruno been probably our best player.
-
We were so thick at the end there, Trippier was clearly struggling telling Pope to go long so we kept going short... almost cost us a goal.

I think Burn would have been preferred for this game anyway with so many long balls. -

Do you think? Feels like a similar week to the London week where we had 3 games in 6 days where Wilson started at West Ham. I know this has an extra days rest but feels like it might be a good time to start Wilson and put Isak back in Sunday. -

It's highly likely Wilson starts this one surely? -
Been on yet?

Fulham beat them but that was without Dacoure and Onana. -
I suppose it depends what positions we go for in the summer, for me Krafth isn't good enough despite playing well last season but RB probably isn't a priority right now. If we were to sign 6 new players off the top of my head I would imagine (Sell Dubravka and buy a no.2, LB to replace Burn, Sell Lascalles and buy a younger CB, 2 CMs, Winger, ST).

What's the deal with the bandage?

I think because of the score it made sense to give them a rest and not risk injury. I wouldn't expect Trippier or Bruno to be rested though, wouldn't be surprised to see Miggy and Wilson start. -

I wouldn't play him unless really needed, it will get the crowd up and I'm not sure I trust Gordon's temperament to handle it. -
Don't get the Felix hype tbh, can't say I've seen lads of him he just seems a bit flaky.

Could be just a timing thing but Bruno's bird posted on IG an hour ago of them in the car going somewhere. Willock posted also an hour ago training, hopefully Bruno is training ?
