Why? It's totally okay to influence a referee who's already a cunt pre-match. Totally different to a manager stating a simple fact.
-
I was astounded how clear he wanted to make it that rules hadn't been broken. Surely bribery is bribery?

First effort on goal; goal. This league is insanely shit.

its always the excuse new league new country new language its bullshit if youre a decent player you can play whether its England, China or Timbuktu its football its not applied brain surgery Tino Asprilla turned in a man of the match performance against Boro after stepping off a flight from Colombia only a couple of hours earlier Everyone seems to make excuses these days for our players ineptness fuck me man, tino stepped off the plane to play for the best team in england having just played with an italian legend for one of the top teams in europe at the time! Youre missing the point about it all people saying he needs to settle new country new language blah blah blah. If I went and had to work in the middle east in my industry for 6 to 12 months do you think I could use the same excuses for not performing in my job the same way I done it here in the US....I think not You ever worked abroad and learned a second language? Or a first language for that matter.

Seriously? You're not even looking what's going on yet typing out shit as fact. THAT'S enraging. Others work their arses off to actually do something through building an online presence, organising marches, demos, shirts etc etc. A fucking lot of people are working their arses off. Stop throwing your baseless shit around. It'll do more harm if people get sucked in by it. People are working damn hard despite what you say. In between your flawed insulting of the fanbase and manager you make good points. Points we all feel. We're fans from long before this era. But stop spreading cancerous, baseless, damaging shite.

Sounds like he should walk iyam.

Things like this just make me love him more. Yup Do we have any stories like this from his time here so far, except for the "man on" with Lascelles trying to get home after training? Hayden hiding in the car when they stayed at the same hotel/flats? Might be mistaken like. This is the only other specific story I can remember reading about before.

Nahh, not the way he was treated by the club. I can’t see a situation at the club that would ever enable him to be considered. Even if Ashley were to sell up and Rafa be given money to spend on a proper side, Ben Arfa would be last name on his shopping list, unfortunately I know he won't be asked. That's what the angry part is about.
-
What makes me more angry than anything is that I have it in my head he would come back to us in an instant if asked. I could be wrong but I can't shake that feeling.
-
You can guarantee whoever tried to pick it off was just a good samaritan rather than a staff member.
-
FFS. Forgot I had £10 for £80 on Boro, Bayern, Real, Ajax and bloody Shahktar.
-
Had £15 on this bad boy.
-
Well that spoiler was an anticlimax.

Mike Ashley loves saving peoples jobs.

I think he will stay... id like to think so but I really cant see it, nothing is going to change and theres a huge possibility we could be a championship club again come what may If he does stay on under Ashley that means he is happy to pick up 6m just to keep us up. Would be no different or any more ambition than any other managers under Ashley in that case HE SHUD WARK THEN AMIRITE TUBES
-
Never said you couldn't, I'm just talking from my perspective. You may or may not have noticed that Tubes does my utter nut in, with his trillionth post about how Rafa should be walking away, and me asking him to shud up already. Agreed. I just see some people applying the Fairness Doctrine to this situation like CNN does to anthropogenic climate-change deniers. That shit is problematic, because without the proper context, one could argue that there is one cult persecuting people for their views. And news organizations like CNN are 100% correct in doing so. However silly or dangerous one's views, censorship is, of course, never the answer. What's funny is that the same people who are afforded an international platform, total freedom, to air their views, then cry persecution when they get called out, or someone refutes their claims You have a right to speak your mind, you don't have the right to not let others speak theirs in return. If you're going to post dumb shit, get used to being called one. That's not the point. They are not correct in treating such views equally to accepted science, and creating controversy where there is none. Not about censorship, but reminding less-informed people that they are fringe conspiracy theories that are not taken seriously for a good reason. Massive difference. Not when it comes to climate science, an issue that actual governments treat like totally not a settled matter, as seen in the US. It's hardly fringe when the gov't is gutting the EPA based on this supposed fringe. As a news org, it's your duty at that point to have someone on who's on the side of all this power. It's your job at that point to refute them point by point, by having actual scientists there who can do so. yes, but having a soundbite format with one scientist and one denier makes it appear like it is a controversy. It is one glaring problem with the Fairness Doctrine, and has worked to the advantage of big oil by throwing manufactured doubt in the mix, and already capitalizing on people's natural confirmation bias. I agree the format of our entire news television is terrible, and not conducive to long-form debates or chats, where nuance can actually come through. Instead almost all of these chats devolve into shouting matches. we digress Please continue. Its the most constructive the football section has been in months.

Probably because most were 4th to 5th choices. Surely it's better to not sign them then and not get judged on them as your signings? That's what my dad keeps saying when I'm on about Ashley. Just keeps saying he's right not to trust Rafa with money even though I point out they aren't his choices he just says don't sign them then Well at least now we know where you get it from.

It's nearly two months into the season now, you would like to think someone like Muto can offer a bit more than Perez or Joselu. They might press the defenders as per Rafa's instructions, but they just don't offer enough threat in the penalty area. Bearing in mind most of them didn't really get a pre-season with us it doesn't surprise me in the least. They may be better players who can offer more individually but Rafa's all about the collective. He probably wants to have coached them for longer, hence all his comments at the beginning of the window about getting players in ASAP.

Cracking header.

I still can't get over the fact I had people telling me that his purchase of HoF meant he obviously wanted to move into more high-end, respectable retail.
-
I'd love them to fall miserably this season just to fuck this whole 'Europe screwed them' theory. No excuse.

Now, fucking now ???? Not yet, January is the real test iyam #wait An oldie but a goodie.
