I don't think he instructed us to go long in the second half, it's just what happens sometimes when you're pushed back and Williamson, Simpson and Krul are shit scared of playing football. Would have liked to seen us give more a go in the second half, but you risk getting caught out like we did, so it's a fine balance. Norwich is big for him, I think. Ba, Cisse and Ben Arfa should all play, but it's debatable whether he'll do it. Personally can see Shola starting.

I'd bring Guthrie back in and go three in midfield, he being asked to do too much. Jonas can drop out. Need to get him on the ball further up the pitch, he's too small to play in the deep destroyer role.

Think his main mistake was to drop Guthrie today, a) because it would have been a big knock to his confidence and b) because it's too big of an ask, in my opinion for Cabaye and Tiote to come back in having not played in the side, or together, for a long run of games. Guthrie has been in the side, knows his job, and has played well. Poor decision, probably should have left Cabaye on the bench. That probably cost us a bit of the initiative.
