Surely the best thing to do for your own mental health is to come to the conclusion that we are going to (regardless of the ownership problem being resolved one way or the other by Monday) be facing a good few months without any substantial player investment being possible. As far as I understand yeah. Don't all players have that right? Just because two clubs agree fees doesn't mean the player actually has to move. Aye, but it isn't as simple as that IMO. The club want him out for whatever reason, accepting a bid would just reaffirm this fact, so why would you stay at a club where you effectively weren't welcome? We are where we are. It wasn't meant as a pop at Shola. It's the fact that a former bungling second choice striker who was previously thought of pretty poorly is now our big hope.
