Don't get me wrong, it sounds good as football songs go, but claiming to be the loyalest then booing every time things don't go our way. If I supported anyone else, I'd take the piss.
-
Totally agree, but the fact is supporters of others clubs have plenty of ammunition. I don't much like the geordie boot boys chant for that reason.
-
Yeah I'm still pissed this morning
-
Fickle, fat and stupid.

Yeah, I was thinking much the same meself.... The righteous moral shock horror brigade are damning everybodys eyes and tutting up a storm....some people do forget theres a real world out there sometimes, eh ? I believe it's you who has forgotten there's a real world. So fine, you like a bit of the old racism. Football violence as well is it? Do you miss the old days? Bring a bunch of bananas next home game, that's always good for a laugh.

Disgraceful behaviour, and no it's not acceptable wind-up banter, I'd happily see those responsible banned from all football grounds. It's everyone's responsibility to shout this sort of thing down, even at the risk of a kicking.
-
People can do what they like obviously, but it's a deeper problem at SJP, booing whenever we're losing, even when the performance is no worse than say the previous week winning. That pisses me off more than overpaid underachievers.
-
Is the booing knee-jerk or the people's opinion of him being one of the shittest, unreliable, unmotivated pieces of shit the club has ever paid millions to? I think you can guess from my post. Are you admitting to joining in the boos?
-
Totally reasonable report from .com, the knee-jerking from some (not most) gets right on my tits.
-
Didn't notice anyone near me booing, but then I sit near some right miserable bastards who just liberally slag all players off throughout the game. It entertains me when the football doesn't.
-
First game he played for us (I can't remember which one) I was so impressed, he's been practically invisible since. The booing was still shameful.
-
Yes he was shit, but continually booing a Newcastle player is stupid. Bowyer is the only one who deserved it that I can remember, and that had nothing to do with football.
-
Well done to those booing Babayaro. That always helps. Twats.
-
I was going to anyway, even after my sister's dog had a go at it shortly after the Pompey game, it did look fantastic.
-
Would it be a terrible faux pas to point out that it doesn't really matter what we think about the possibility of new ownership, any offer will be accepted or refused based on cash?
-
He must have thought you'd REALLY like it. It made my day tbh. One in ticket exchange as well.
-
PS, there's one in the travel forum as well.

I got the same message via PM, twice.

Looks like a speculative non-story article to me.

Couldn't agree more, I've never booed one of our players or the team (OK, I had a go at Bowyer once, but that was exceptional circumstances). Call them all sorts of shit in the pub later by all means, but booing is for pantomimes. Left in stoppage time yesterday for maybe the second time ever, only this time it wasn't as I had to be somewhere quickly, it was to avoid the predictable boos. Shepherd out however is fine by me. Total shit. Booing is the right of every person who has paid there money to watch. Why should the shitehawks on the pitch walk off scott free? Boo the bastards until they actually become ashamed of their performances - although most wouldn't give a shit in any case, payday is their master. It's your right yes, did I say otherwise? It's my right to say it's both counter-productive and childish.

Harder to get them all together really, plus as far as I can tell they're largely pretty young and probably can't get to league games so much. No I'm not disrespecting them, just an observation.

Just saw the one banner, but I was over the other side (corner, not Gallowgate). Were you just in the Leazes . Amusing attempts to swap chants with the Gallowgate. It's just too far to keep in time
