You may as well say sell as long as there's concrete proof Dame Ednas got a fanny.

With eevery outgoing our chances ofgoing up receed. Its obvious we will not be replacing anyone going out so no point wanting them out.

I'll be there as will all the real supporters.

I hope we get a team that is guarantee'd to knock us out.

Anyone else fucking sick of this advert yet?

Mackems on On The Buses reckon the coppers gave them a right pasting. One of them who got battered quite literally senseless was a known hooligan. Yet he did nowt wrong (except allow plod vengeance, in a what goes around fashion..) Coppers very likely had it as priority to not let a repeat of last time they caused mayhem around the bars local to Central Station. Struck out, quite literally, to stop even worse disorder. They also caused serious bother on the trains eading South from Edinburgh post match.

Now don't get me wrong here, I like to have a few beers when I go to the match and probably have a few more than normal when I travel away. But, I don't understand why folk wabt to get pissed into oblivion whenever they set out to an away match. One lad on our bus was lifted yesterday for being too pissed (stoned and pissed I'd guess) to enter the stadium. I've also noticed that on train journeys to London that before the return legs where made 'dry' trains that a canny few would be getting on with litre bottles of vodka/whisky/ liquer of choice and the train would be a fucking nightmare return journey of totally mortal arsewipes making complete cunts of themselves. So, as much as the 'dry' train rule is a complete pain in the arse it hits us who can enjoy a few beers sensibly and not to the annoyance of Joe Public. Nat Exp have pretty much now a zero tolerance to boisterace behaviour. It was the mackems who eventually had the dry train rule introduced as the number of arrests and folk being thrown off on route esculated to stupid levels. But, thats not saying we are angels either mind.

Whatever he put into the box yesterday would have needed to be of the highest quality as the majority of time there wasn't a shitty yellow shirt anywhere near a position to recieve a dangerous cross. He had tp turn back on more than one occasion because the strikers where so slow at getting forwatd that he would have had no one to pass to. Thats not to say he isn't wasteful and I do wonder just Maradona see's in him to be honest.

Honestly, what an absolute load of tripe. He picked more out of the air yesterday than Given would in half a dozen games. I certainly will be disappointed if Harper regains his place after Kruls show yesterday.

All these players who have something to say to the press are quite literally just making excuses for the complete shit performances they know they will put in. IF / when WBA hump us 3 or 4 nil they'll be back on Monday blaming everything and anyone but themselves. They are paid to play, they should show pride in their own performance instead of jumping the gun with excuses excuses excuses.

I passed earlier and whoever put it up has went back and covered the mumber "1" with white paper. So you'll be glad to know it now reads 'Div'

Sebastien Bassong signs for Tottenham Hotspur, fee undisclosed

I hope there's a career threatening cruciate injury looking for a good home. -
Make absolutely no mistake about it when Ashley does go the supporters you think 'can get back to supporting the lads' quite simply will not. They aren't the rank and file, they are the spectators NOT supporters. Your sentiments are admirable but you'll find in fact it will not happen.

He'll be back in 12 months. May as well have sent him on loan. edit, he'll likely be the last player out because the rest are completely and utterley shite and not worth fuck all.

Would Anyone Pay £140 For A Day Return Flight To Cardiff?
Crumpy Gunt replied to Crumpy Gunt's topic in Football
A fair price. I'm paying £158.96 with FlyBe to fly Newcastle to Gatwick for the Crystal Palace game. Why did you not get the train long time on the train......................... Not really, the amount of time it would take to get into central London from gatwick (unless you pay an extra £20 or whatever for the gatwick express) + the whole checking in, getting to the airport etc, wont save much time, certainly not worth an extra £100+ I used to regularly fly into Heathrow for matches and brutally honest its just as quick and cheaper to get the train. Check in 30 mins before, 1 hr flight, then at least an hour plus just to hit Central London. -

A fair price. I'm paying £158.96 with FlyBe to fly Newcastle to Gatwick for the Crystal Palace game. Why did you not get the train £45 rtn. I'm happy to accept that for me personally if I didn't plan to make a weekend of it I'd likely pay £140 to save on all the shite of 16 hr round trip. Or 10 hrs on the train round trip + the fuck on of changing at Bristol etc. -
W e are also due Villas £12m, £8m from Citeh for Judas, and £9m for Useless cunt now in Germany. Add £10m for Bassong and £12m parachute, that must go somewhere to sorting the wages to a decent level. Thats close on £50m without the wage decrease. Probably a rather simplistic view.

But, its not likely you'll get that now. Anyway, was just gauging a bit of opinion. We'll need to be doing a shitload better than we are now before folk think supporting them again is a worthwhile propsition. And hate to think where you are staying for £29 (minus transfer costs) -

No easyjet flights the morning of the game. BMIBaby are similar as in no same day flights that would allow you to not HAVE to stayover. thinking at £140 it does away with Hotels/night on piss/ day off Monday etc. -
If you aren't likely to go you don't need to reply, but IF you are planning to go would that be an ok price to pay? 7am out 7pm rtn. (approx times - coach transfers included)

Crumpy Gunt The reason being is that I informed the board that Alan Oliver was an alcoholic arsehole (which at the time wasn't the vogue) So I'll put that down as another exclusive!

No. Ugly Mackems told us Keegan had left days before it was confirmed. edit: Oh! and I said we'd be signing Owen weeks before we did He also was the first on any board to say SBR had been sacked. That Owen HAD signed. That Taylor had dislocated his shoulder on England U21 duty. That Keegans discussions with Ashley were indeed to sort compo and not to come back. And there's likely one or two more that I can't remember, he was a good handsome fella that Ugly Mackems blokey
