A fact proved many times in the past. I'm sure there'll be a short term 'boost' but longer term I worry as Shearer seemed to admire Souness' style above Robson, Gullit etc.

I love Mike, he's misunderstood thats all.

Oh aye, I forgot about him. Remember one of his first games and Wise tried to bully him, looked ridiculous Wise trying to eyeball someone 2ft taller than him.

Lee Stewart - if he counts he looks like a paedo's best friend.

It would only cost him between 90 and 99p of every £ he has put in. -

The general concencus is that its a load of shite. When was the last time The Express realeased earth shattering exclusive news? -
All football related debts will have have to be paid in full - transfer fees, player wages etc. Ashley then would be the main debtor. Could you really see Ashley putting his own Club into Administration and accept anything from 1p to 10p in the pound settlement when someone else jumps in to snap up the absolute bargain that NUFC would become? It's 99% bullshit the article.

sunday express Aye just seen it on SSN paper review.

An as yet unidentified rag today(Sunday) has us about to go into administration.

So as not to tempt fate when will WB or Lowestoft (spit) be contesting the final? -
Maybe its because he deserves to be. The bloke offers no value for money whatsoever. Against Hull and his cameo v Arsenal left us effectively a man short. Also, to suggest he's not injury prone then admit the worst of his injuries where caused when he himself knew he wasn't anywhere near match fit also show how self centred he is. And as I've said before he's done NOTHING from day one to endear himself to the supporters of the club he captains. Oh yes, he can score goals. He's proved that in his 64 games in the last 4 years.

Bruce will not manage NUFC while Ashley is in charge - Whelan
Crumpy Gunt replied to a topic in Football
Ashley also reprted Whelan to the office of fair trading for price fixing England and Man U shirt prices with others. OFT fined him a canny whack as well. £10m iirc -

Kinnear still having major input - so believe Bob Moncur
Crumpy Gunt replied to Big Geordie's topic in Football
Bob Moncur is a fucking clown. -
The Journo (The Mirror?) who wrote the story about Joe having a set back in his recovery wasn't allowed access on Saturday. Poor show when folk who speak against the regime are thrown out / denied access.
-
Give him some credit. He found Almunia with just about every free kick. Consistancy from one our players.

Highlighted the rank amateurism that is rife at the Club. Why the fuck was Taylor taken off to be substituted 5 seconds later? I can't think of any club in a similar situation that would have allowed that situation to develop as it did. But, thats why we are going down.

£45 train. Out 7am/Rtn 6pm (tbc)

Sunday. 1-30pm KO - SKY Could have been worse.

SAFC have relegation clauses inserted in all players contracts. Now I know he'll know through thier yo-yo existance that this wont be a bad clause to insert, but will NUFC have had the same foresight or would they think it would never happen to them? Also confirmed income will drop from £70m to £26m with the drop. (Probably a bigger difference in drop for the Toon as we are a bigger / better supported Club although I'm aware that its TV money that would make the bulk of the shortfall.)

60 odd games in four years. So missed 2.5 seasons due to injury. He's got a valid point mind.

At Boro 8 or 9 years ago, Wednesday night game. Two players squaring up to each other just in front of the Toon supporters when the legend that is Cliffy Ahmed shouts "KICK HIM IN THE COCK" Must admit everyone within ear-shot laughed out loud.
