  1. 7,500 at Bournemouth tonight, wow awesome support from PL giants there.
  2. Reading with a good win at Brighton, since we beat them they've done alright in the league too, could be a threat going forward.
  3. While I don't agree with the "toughest game of the season" remarks, that'll probably be the game we play immediately after this one. I do think it perhaps the best indication of how our season will pan out. Villa have some good players, but right now they are underperforming, we need to take advantage of that and press home our on paper superiority much like we did against QPR. Need a much better performance by everyone than we got in the game on Saturday, doubt the team will be too much different.
  4. I've been in meetings all afternoon, how have the full backs done tonight, surely that's a better pairing than the one that started the last couple of games ? Lazaar had an awful first half. Yedlin has been canny, according to comms. Oh no, had high hopes for Lazaar and anything is better than Dummet, hopefully just nerves.

  6. Bit concerning that like, since they are our biggest rivals for promotion, they've not pulled up any trees so far but quietly piled up the points and now doing well in the cup against a very good team.
  7. Think its the best one, seat and quality so far out of all the periscope matches I have watched. His battery will be gone in 10 mins no doubt.
  8. We make 8 changes they make 8 changes, but I couldn't name a single one of the players who have been replaced by them Test of who's got the better squad tonight, if we don't win, it'll be a little worrying to say the least.
  9. Think we are playing Shelvey too much right now, but honestly don't have an alternative for him.
  10. I watched most of the game on someone's periscope stream and the game was played in one half of the field but the team defending that half were the ones that came away 2 nil winners. I didn't like the line up when I saw it, I thought at home this was a good opportunity to utilise the two attacking fullbacks we just bought. I also thought we needed to give Shelvey a little rest (although I struggle to think who we could replace him with, that's my biggest issue with our mostly strong squad) and when I saw Perez on the left, I thought oh no, not again !! I'm worried about Mbemba, he seems prone to a few nervy moments every game at the moment. That goal was terrible, totally unnecessary and put us behind the 8 ball for the rest of the match. Gayle is also a strange one, in some games he looks awesome, others like today completely ineffective. I would have expected a little more from Ritchie too today, and he was lucky not to get sent off. If Mitro scores the one on one we would have been back in the game, he really needs to bury those types of chances. All over the pitch there were bad performances today. This is a hugely concerning result, it may be a blessing in disguise as it could allow Rafa to self reflect a bit, squad rotation is all well and good, but don't put square pegs in round holes. This line up doesn't work for us at home, hopefully we don't see that again.
  11. I honestly have no clue, after Tuesday we looked a class above everyone we played but today against a team beaten 4-0 at home in their last game we looked devoid of ideas and prone to self destruction, the opposite of the previous game where we had 29 shots on goal. I said a 7 at the start and I think that's still the smart money, play more games like we did today and that number could sink though.
  12. That's just embarrassing, Rafa messed up the team selection for me. Going into the season I thought Mbemba was our best CB, having big doubts about that now.
  13. 2-0 ffs, switching this crap off, honestly hate this club sometimes.
  14. Seemed more balanced on Tuesday, Don't like Perez on the left, that never seems to work.
  15. Territorially it's been all us, but not created enough, Wolves aren't bad at all, that win for Barnsley there was an extremely good result, probably better than our 6-0 considering the opposition.
  16. I was at that the Derby game and he was fine IMO; he's just having a poor game today. YOu do realise that that game was live on TV don't you, so most if not all of us seen it. And he was dodgy at times in that game.
