I know he have lots of stick at Supurs but I love his Sevilla team very attack oriented team and you have to be some one to mange a team like Real Madrid. In my opinion he would be great specially with a number two like Peter Beardsly or Rob Lee.

I wish Ashley scrapped his five year plan and put some one knowldgeable to put him a five year plan. Who created Ashley's 5 year plan? Wise or Mort? I don't trust both people to create 5 year plan. A manger like Martinez should creat long term plan and should be givin enogh time to excute that plan. If Sir John Hall was serious about finding such a good manager how come he passed his Son and FFS apointed Souness,Roader, and Big Sam? Non have a history of playing carpet football and attractive attaking football yet they hired by those irresponsible dirctors. I think if they are putting a new manger it is his opinion to retain Oba or not. That might be the case. It is hard to compare Ince and Matinez. Ince coached MK Dons and up in the leage much lower than where Swansea is. Swansea is doing something amazing this season by challenging for the play off and even John Toshak this weekend claim Martinez is manger of the year. Some guys like Phil Brown done good things with the likes of Hull but no one appreciate the team playing attractive football. But every one is raving about Martinez ability to do it nice attacking way the way this club wants and needs it. As for going for some one with less glamour we did it before with Roader and see where Roeder is on the same league and where they end up in a half a season. I want us to educate ourselves about this guy so that we can have healthy debate. We even can start a campaign like Hitzfeld back then for this guy at the end of the season.

We have to think a lot and discuss a lot about this fella. He is some one special and giving opportunity he might be the ONE. I want us to discuss about him also I want us to see how he give special attention to Carpet football.

I like and admire MON had we get him over here instead of Roader we would have been up there challnging.
