  1. Cabella in the middle, Gouffran and Obertan either side! FWAP

              Anita-Tiote-Sissoko

    Gouffran                        Cabella

                      Riveiere

    So depressing.

  2. Hard to say how the injuries excuse will go. It will either buy him more time, which would just be a nightmare, or it will be held against him for letting Ben Arfa go for no reason.

I'm a bit nervous now. A part of me wishes that we had everyone fit, and just got hammered anyway. That would have likely been a better scenario.

I can hear him using injuries as an excuse already. It's going to be bloody infuriating.

  3.

My God!!! This is fantastic news! Was so worried I'd be forced to despise this kid for doing too well.

Pardew is an absolute disaster of a human being man. Ditches Ben Arfa and now all of our forward players are going down like flies.

  4. Depends what you mean by 'fix the issue'. Would sacking Pardew transform the ambitions of NUFC, of course not. But it might make each individual 90 minutes a bit more watchable.

The issue is that we are willing to be a mid-table, nothing side with no relevance or desire to be relevant. We don't want glory and we do want balance sheets to look healthy.

If we won the league through 38 victories of 1-0 where the goal had been pumped up root 1 and we won 1-0 I wouldn't give a flying f*** as a Newcastle United fan.

Well fair enough then, we'll never win the league under Ashley obviously.

As a short-term measure though, I'd be quite happy to get another manager and get the most out of the players we have. It's not like Ashley is going to instruct the manager to start losing once we look like finishing too high in the league.

Aye, and I agree we should get rid of him. However, what decent manager would want to come here and work under Ashley's conditions?

Ashley's patience is wearing thin after such a modest start to the campaign.

If he does sack Pardew then there will be plenty of managers keen to take up the post at one of the biggest and best-supported clubs in the land.

Neil Warnock, who returned to St James' Park as the new Palace boss less than a fortnight ago, called it "a proper club, with proper fans and a place that lives and breathes football".

That is so true. Whether Pardew is the man to breathe new life into it remains very much in the balance.

  5. I'm REALLY hoping the implication is that we shouldn't need that many against Gilingham. But as Pardew has proved he cannot win games against even conference sides with the youngsters or subs making up the majority of the team. Either way, I'll gladly take any criticism against the tool.

  6.

Those quotes about his approach this summer are very impressive for such a young guy. At some point you just have to decide how much you want it. Good for him.

Does what most of us would do if we were pro athletes.

    No chance

Do you not see all the snaps of them on various holiday vacations partying it up drinking and smoking.

  7. Okay, so the owner doesn't invest enough right? And supposedly wants to see more youth players come through?

So, what does the manager do ... he gets rid of some of the few players we do have, even when they are of good pedigree, for absolutely nonsensical reasons, and then also manages to mess about the few young players we have had that have some promise like Bigi.

Pardew is the bigger issue right now at this moment, and has to go.

  8. Man, this whole cushy thing between managers and the media here is completely out of control. Have to say it's one of the worst things about having a manager who is English, because you don't see any of this nonsense when it's someone from abroad who they don't have a relationship with or get any favours from.

  9. If the daft c*** can't see why people would want to remain anonymous then he's a stupid idiot. I'd like to know who is behind this but I totally get why they want to be faceless and actually I'm ultimately happy with that.

In the ranks of our support we have some right bell ends and some people who when it comes to matters NUFC its all about agendas, politics and even money making.

this way nowt can be misconstrued. Its about Pardew, not egos, names, people, money, gimmicks, its all about showing the world how bad a manager he is and why he needs to go and hopefully about making that happen.

Definitely. And the anonymity actually keeps the focus on the website and all the info on it. Have a lot of respect for whoever put that together, without seeking any kudos or anything. Purely to bring to light the horrible job Pardew has done.
