Alrighty then ...

Played so well so a little bitter sweet, but considering the attacking players Villa have, and the fact Raylor is still at left back, I'm impressed really.
Leon Best is ridiculous. His record of goals to starts is just getting silly. Really happy for him, as he's really taken the challenge on.
Still unbeaten ... crazy stuff.
-
Marveaux is really classy. Should be involved in the first team now, going forward. I can understand him being brought along really slowly with his injury history, but he seems to be doing fine now. Ridiculous talent we have in midfield now, with Ben Arfa to return too.
-
Cabaye is looking so unreal right now ... he's no Kevin Nolan mind you. Now that guy, he was a proper player.
-
Jonas and Cabaye have been our best attacking players. Just have no one to aim at as Ba and Best have been poor.Rather see Marveaux instead of Guiterrez personally.
This is the move I'd make atm.
We need Jonas.
Have been in and out. Is Ba not playing that well then? Would make me sick if Shola comes on any time before the 90th minute.
-
Key that it's been kept to one goal, and if we can keep them out at the early part of the first half we'll have a good chance.
Good that Obertan is getting a lot of the ball. It's the only way he'll keep improving and becoming more decisive and confident, with the natural talent he posesses it will be well worth when it clicks.
Really good Ba appears to be taking his opportunity having finally started a game/ Cannot afford to have Shola get another look in regarding a place in the first eleven.
-
We are playing some really nice football.
Keeping Shola off the pitch tends to have that effect.
-
That goal changed everything. We've been s*** since that.
Just a bit of nerves after the goal hopefully, and should soon settle down again.
They definitely have a difficult set of strikers upfront to keep in check all game. Lots of pace and movement form Agbonlahor and Bent. Will be tough.
-
Unlucky there really.
Great to see Ba and Best upfront. Should start to build some chemistry now.
Seeing the lineup we should definitely at least compete today, and play better, without Shola upfront stumbling and fumbling about.
-
Player of the season so far for me. Didn't want him ahead of Williamson. Can't believe how good he has been. Has taken his game to another level completely. Seems a lot quicker and stronger than I remember. Used to stumble around quite a bit in the past.

Every game should be the sort of game to play free flowing football with the kind of players we have.Tonight wasn't the sort of game to play free-flowing football. Aye we were poor, but nowhere near as bad as some people are making out.
I can see us playing much better at Villa on Saturday.
Pretty sure Nut told me we'd be playing free-flowing football almost by default without Nolan in the side. Wonder what happened there.
I doubt we'd have had a point tonight if Nolan was in that midfield that's for sure.
Or we might have managed to look like scoring.
Yeah, after conceding five. Imagine Nolan alongside Tiote in his current form. Ha!!!

People have to understand that Shola is like a disease, his abject play begins to affect the whole team and everyone begins to suffer for it. Starting with him is a terrible move every single time. He ruined every glimmer of hope in the first half, and by the time he went off all of the momentum was completely with QPR. If anything leave him on the bench and then bring him on if we are struggling. Never ever start with him.
-
This whole Shola thing really isn't funny anymore. I don't care how nice a guy he is or how good he is in the dressing room, the guy shouldn't be playing when there are other decent options on the bench.
My sister walked into the room while I was watching the game, took one look at the TV while there was a close up on Shola, and actually said "Gosh, look at his stomach ... ". The guy looks huge.
-
I do agree about Obertan not running at people enough. He should certainly be encouraged to do so more. However, he does pass the ball well and looks to link up, but no one else seems to be on the same wavelength. Think it's still been quite effective at times. It would sure help more, if Shola wasn't casually jogging around the place, and instead tried to offer himself as another option, like best has been doing.
-
Very surprised people think Obertan has been rubbish. Weird.
-
I like Jonas but he has been guilty of wasting numerous crossing opportunities as well tonight. Very frustrating stuff.
-
Obertan has been one of the most involved players on the pitch and looks threatening. Surprised people want him off. Shola is ruining almost every attacking move. The difference would be huge with him off.
-
Demba Ba has to come on soon, and we will have every chance to win this, and win it quite comfortably.
No matter what form Ba is in, he cannot be worse than Shola has been in a million years.
-
Almost every attacking move comes to a halt due to Shola. An impossibly lazy, laxadaisical and infuriating footballer.
-
He'll get cheered at the start. He will then get in a tangle with Cabaye and will subsequently be booed, and will become public enemy number one.
-
Probably much easier to just start off in another country, particularly the US, where it will definitely be a lot easier. Especially as an ex-player or someone with experience in the game in a European league. Will get far more respect I would imagine. Far more scope for learning more and developing quicker too. Check out Emenalo of Chelsea's background as an example.
-
Beyond disbelief when he got another nasty tackle in his first game back, and was taken off again. So many haters out there. Can't handle the boy's good lucks and sublime skills.
-
Lay off of Pardew you scumbags!
-
Cheers tunisia. We're all pretty confident Ben Arfa will be awesome. Nice having the French perspective from both yourself and mimi.
Still not sure why Brian is in the kitchen, and moreover, why Fatima has now joined him. But never mind ...

McCleish has ruined Zoggy with his rubbish football. The Zog has done nothing all season.
By the way what the hell happened to Jean Makoun. Why is Delph starting in central midfield for them?!
