Despite all the money they've thrown about this £30 million Nico Jackson is probably their most exciting looking signing.

Liverpool have no bite in midfield. If they don't get the last couple of weeks of the window right they are in trouble.

Gallagher been good defensively.

Surprised Poch is persisting with this two man midfield when Liverpool have so many in there. Playing with fire.

Udogie looks good. Bit wasted in this system though as he is electric overlapping in a more traditional sense.

Going to be tough if they're relying on that from Royal regularly for sure.

Son and Kulu really wide is to allow their 8s to have the freedom to push right up and support the striker, which is great for Maddison, but doesn't suit Skipp at all.

The system looks decent but the players he has are a terrible fit.

Hard to believe Bissouma was completely out of the picture under Conte. No idea what the heck that guy was doing.

It was just responses to some moments of sloppiness really. And I think against more athletic aggressive midfields he could do with keeping it simpler at times.

In actual reality, he takes so much responsibility in initiating and orchestrating our play that despite those moments he is still so instrumental.

He never really has a bad game when you look at everything on the whole. He's just that good that his dodgy moments really stand out.

To be fair, he’s good enough to be the main striker for the majority of the teams in the league.

 

 

 

 

 

Yeah, that was my opinion.

He certainly won't like it, but, we all know if he was the main man it would just be a matter of time before the long term injury came.

With the way things are currently, he gets to come in each game for around 30 mins and bag goals against tiring defences, and will also still get some starts.

Great situation if he really looks at things objectively.
