Both Diallo and Minteh were pretty poor that half.
Could see Garnacho and Adingra coming on if they don't pick up.

I know they're winning, but Brighton have been pretty poor here. Certainly not as great as I was expecting.
They have quite easily kept Man Utd at bay, and passing back and forth in front of them.
The new managers style seems a bit more pragmatic, which might actually serve them well.

Sign him up
Can't believe he's still there. They are asking for around £12 million I think it is.
Looks like he's picked up from last season.

If we can’t get urgency to get it done after a Schar 3 match ban, then I don’t know what the fuck we are doing. Going same approach that sure us then flap come PSR deadline, but I guess people are still very pro positive.
Why don't you go to the club office and complain to them then, instead of bitching on here every 20 mins.

Get in Danny boy!

Really like Gilmour.

So poor from Diallo.

Nah he hasn't, he's done it when there hasn't been much, if any choice. These people are talking about cramming the perceived best players into our starting line-up when everyone is fit. I've even seen rabbeling about playing Livramento on RW because he may turn out to be the next Bale because he is quick and came from Southampton
Proper weirdos.
You are so clueless.

You guys are just as bad as the lot that go on about him.
You've also probably guaranteed he scores a worldie now and we never hear the end of it.

Onana is going to do something crazy today.
Been looking so casual and too playful with the ball.

Rashford's body language stinks.

Do Brighton have anyone to consistently score goals?
I have to say, I haven't been impressed with how Brighton have handled Ferguson and Pedro.
Thought they'd have come along a bit more than they have, and wouldn't have been taken in and out of the team as much as they have been.
Be interesting to see what happens with them this season.

I don't think it's the 5 million holding up the deal. If that was the case, we would've simply added those to the total sum in the shape of easily achievable bonuses over time, and lock this down.
What I do believe is holding up the deal is the structure of the bid. Palace is probably asking for a lump sum payment, or larger portion of the payment upfront, something we might not be able to do, due to cash flow, hence the lengthy ongoing negotiations with Palace.
Even clubs with bigger revenue then us are not able to lock transfers down because of this.
Yeah, that could certainly still be an issue too.

We'll soon see if he can do it consistently. He's just done it in a league where we had arguably the worst Ajax side in history, so not the best barometer. See what he's like against top class RBs, and teams who double up on him, etc. Cracking start but we've seen this before.
All I'm saying is I'm taking him ahead of Murphy and Almiron, just for the few things I mentioned.
We've really grown so accustomed to how ordinary Almiron and Murphy are as wingers. No disrespect to them.

Minteh is definitely a talent, but can't help but think @Unbelievable is going to jinx his career by going so hard about him so soon

There’s literally no evidence to suggest, as yet, that Minteh is better than either Miggy or Murphy.Sad to say, but there really is ... already.
Only one game and can already see he takes players on more confidently than both and already has an assist with his weaker right foot from that right side, which Miggy still hasn't figured out.
He also has great work rate too, to match the pair, and was tracking back and winning the ball back for Brighton.
I'm not one to keep harping on about the guy, and have completely let it go, but it was very apparent.

I'd be more worried if we wanted a player and did what we used to do. Walk away, "we tried", rinse and repeat for the next few targets, then end up with a mid-table Ligue 1 player.
We clearly want him, clubs are going to play hardball with him, if we don't get him or an alternative then obviously questions should be asked.
But ... why wait till the window closes to actually see what happens? What would be the point of that?

Express a none happy clap opinion about the current setup and you get the "But we once had Mike and Charnley" brigade.
We've been strung along all summer by Palace and we're at a week left with no signings except a young lad to really kick on the squad.
Wtf are we doing?
There it is!
Happy clappers!

Bring back Charnley.
This place is unbelievable.
It's giving such small time vibes man.
So embarrassing.

Are all fans like this over these deals that take ages?
Because there's been a fair few at other clubs this summer.

I guess the immediate question in response to that tweet is “does Osimhen want to end his career?”
Osimhen is letting Obi Mikel psyche him into joining Chelsea man.
He'd better not fall for it.
