Very promising signs for Man Utd so far I think. Carrick has something about him man. Really wish they had gone with Ole instead.

I'm sure everything is fine. The carry on online and the stadium is all fine. I'm sure that has no effect on whether players are swayed either way.
-
He's been up and down, but has still contributed a lot and has been a big part of lots of important results. He has not been "shite for 2 years".
-
Oh look ... he's crying again.
-
Yes, of course he's been shite for 2 years. Some of you are truly pitiful.
-
Yes, until Barnes hits some bad form and he's being called "shit" again. The posts are all still right there in the Barnes thread.

I think it's long gone far beyond just criticism, and that's very clear. I'm just not sure what kind of environment you expect these players to perform their best in, but I know it's not the current one that is building around certain players in particular, and probably the manager and club in general. Listen, I hope we do sell him. It would be fascinating to see how it all plays out if nothing else.

Yeah, maybe. I don't know. I just get a bad vibe about where things are heading I think.

At the risk of sounding ITK, I know someone that is privy to some information in and around Arsenal, and he's been going on about this one for a while now. Claimed it would have even happened last summer, if not for all of the drama around the Isak move, which they thought would hamper/complicate any move for Gordon. Semenyo, Gordon or Rodrygo were apparently the options they were looking at. Semenyo has now joined Man City and Rodrygo can't seem to make his mind up about leaving real Madrid. May well happen this one. Think I'd be glad for him tbh. Needs to leave Newcastle asap for the good of his career. Funny that league leading Arsenal are more than happy to take him, while he's being hounded out of Newcastle. Can't wait to see who his replacement will be
-
He went to Roma under Mourinho and started off very well, but then got a bad long term injury. Think he was at Besiktas most recently after Roma.

I said similar about DCL and he isn't Nigerian for goodness sake Tammy is a good player. I really don't care where these guys are from. Hope he gets the Villa move and stays fit and then we can revisit this.
-
Have always liked Tammy. Think he'll be a solid option for them if he can stay fit. Still just 28 years old too. He'll do well in that Villa team, and could see a bit of resurgence similar to DCL if that move goes through.

The Frankfurt move to replace Ekitike would have been perfect for him. I can understand his frustration at not being allowed to join them. He'll likely end up in a similar sort of club in Germany and playing more every week, and he'll get a chance to push on. I believe Stuttgart were also showing interest recently also.

Not convinced they've figured out how best to utilise Tonali yet. Similarly, I thought we'd cracked it last season, but that seems such a long time ago now. He doesn't really take charge enough of getting on the ball in that position, when we're trying to play out from the back. He usually looks great as the left sided 8 for Italy, but don't think he's ever been tried there at Newcastle. Perhaps having him and Bruno sitting alongside each other in midfield would give a better balance, but we haven't really tried that either. Think it will continue to be a source of frustration going forward.

Howe has only spoken well about the work he has done in training and even afterwards behind the scenes. Howe is a very particular manager, and in my opinion it can be a bit over the top sometimes, when it comes to prepping younger or less experienced players in his system, before given them chances. One thing I will say about Osula that I have found quite annoying, is that he hasn't been given enough game time on that right side. Especially last season when we were actually short of another option outside of Murphy. In my opinion he has looked most threatening and comfortable whenever he has played down that side, and I would have liked to see more of him in that position. I think Osula is going to be fine. There are a number of really good clubs looking at him, where he will be able to get more room to make mistakes while playing real games, and he can then learn and grow from that.

Was just clearing up the "gang signs" claim man
-
Oh Lawd ... here come all the mean girls!
-
You're all over the place Froggy. Get it together.
-
He was playing in a better team, at a so called bigger club, and played more minutes in the Prem than the awful Elanga that season and still couldn't better his Prem numbers.
-
Ah, yes. That one is tongue in cheek. How convenient
-
Yes, I'm sure that's the only instance you have tried to justify your ridiculous valuation of Garnacho. Any back and forth with you is just so pointless and tedious man. You are just so ridiculous I swear there was even once you were trying to claim Garnacho was worth more than Gordon. I wish I had the patience to sift through all the nonsense but I really don't. Ah, but at least I found the Gordon one ... I think I'll just leave it at that.
-
I think you talk so much rubbish you get lost in it all. You weren't asked what you want for Garnacho, you were running your mouth about how he was worth £60 million and nothing less. Now you want to talk about GA to justify this claim of him being worth that amount. Well his best Prem season was 7 goals and 4 assists, which the terrible Elanga has bettered twice, and so I presume Elanga must be worth even more than £60 million then? And so we must have got him at a bargain for £55 million right? Please don't waste my time man.
