Club Brugge are second in the Belgian league and smashed Monaco 4-1 in their first match and then lost narrowly to Atalanta 2-1 yesterday. Union are in first place in the Belgian league currently and are undefeated so far, and they beat PSV 3-1 in their first Champions League game. Hopefully we do really well here, but not sure it's going to be a case of us being all over them and camped in their half like we were against Bradford, especially with them being at home!

Excited to see that front line today. We need to get them developing an understanding and working well together pronto.

He was definitely starting to think very highly of himself, and I don't think he gave anywhere near enough credit to the work Howe did with him, and the system Howe played to get the best out of him. I just really hope Slot is one that is stubborn with his approach and doesn't change it, because the way they play currently, is going to make it difficult for him to perform like he did at Newcastle.

You are projecting your attitude towards making money on players. You perhaps don't take any pride or care in what you do, provided you're making money regardless. Isak was already making very good money. You must be joking if you think he won't care about sucking at Liverpool and the move being a disaster, just because of the money he's making.

It does appear he leaned more on Klopp's previous setup last year, likely because he wasn't able to sign any players last summer. Turns out he's much more of a side to side passing super slow build up manager, now he's playing his own tactic. The players don't seem well suited to breaking down the low blocks that kind of play tends to have to go up against all the time.

Seems to think he's a dribbler but he's weak on the ball and not particularly quick. Gets pressured and pushed off the ball so much . Oddly enough his passing for the most part has been a lot less impressive than anticipated. He has played the odd ball in behind that was really good like the chance Isak fluffed today, but he gives it away a fair bit when making much simpler passes in general play. Doesn't seem to be getting any better each game either. It's so weird.
