I know they cleaned up last week with Sergio and DLC but Skybet have the shot on target offer on again - Sterling

It was a song choice Bruce condemned, accusing Newcastle of showing “no class whatsoever”, and he has vowed to get his revenge on the club he supported as a boy, both on and off the pitch. “The post-match music is my choice and the club are a bit scared of it,” he said. “I am not saying what it is, but I’d love to get my own back.” Halloween night was a miserable one for Bruce. “I went home and went to bed,” he said. “I haven’t watched the game again. I didn’t even watch the news. It was a total blackout. I kept my counsel, kept quiet, tried to dust myself down and go again. “The next day was probably worse but that’s what tests you as a manager.

Ha aye, cheers for one of my best ever days at SP 10 years ago! I had forgotten about his comments about having a song ready to play at their place if they beat us! Big NUFC fan, eh?! Wanker!

This. Type of game this fucker wins late on 1-0 with 32% possession and 3 shots target. Everton to have 72 shots, 55 on target. The rest hitting the bar. All hail King Bruce. Post-match Bruce "Great start to the season - great point at Wolves and Spurs and beat Everton at home blah blah blah" The media "Doing a superb job, far better than Rafa blah blah blah"

Yep - happened about a month ago for me!

“I remember having dinner at my house and looking at my phone and seeing Rafa had finally left — ‘Wow, this is real’. And then the next thing, Ayoze Perez had gone to Leicester for £30 million — ‘Pfff, this isn’t good’. Then we didn’t sign Salomon Rondon (the previous season’s loan success) on a permanent deal and I was thinking, ‘This is an absolute disaster. This is ripping apart what we’ve built for the last three years’. “We’d finished that season so strongly. We had a stable team. Everybody knew their jobs, which way we were playing and what we were trying to achieve. I felt like it was my best spell in a Newcastle shirt. Because of all that, it felt like such a kick in the teeth. We came back to pre-season and there was no manager. It’s not like there was anybody to impress. There was no fresh start. We hadn’t replaced the players who left. You’re thinking, ‘This is wrong’. https://theathletic.co.uk/2168284/2020/10/29/isaac-hayden-newcastle-interview/

Just said the same thing - can’t recall see any before from them during the whole process?! I recall them encouraging people to sign the fan petition I seem to recall them being quite slow out the blocks on promoting the petition. The fact that they’ve been so quick this time around makes me think they’ve got some involvement (albeit possibly small) Snap!

The Teesside teams in the Northern League such as Guisborough, Billingham etc are allowed 300 but the Tyneside clubs are only allowed 150. Heaton Stan pushing to get it increased and they have the support of all the other NL clubs in the Tyneside area. Hebburn play Thornaby on Wednesday - is it not 600 there?!
-
Ashington 1-6 Hebburn - superb performance! Cedwyn Scott with four - he’s notched 10 in 155 minutes! Sunderland after him!

The luckiest manager ever this fraud!

On loan to Birmingham City in 2006-07, he set his sights on a girl who happened to be manager Steve Bruce’s daughter. His new team-mates laughed, saying he had no chance, so he accepted several £1,000 bets that he would succeed where others had failed. He ended up falling for her, which wasn’t part of the plan, and feeling guilty about accepting his winnings. But he burned through them anyway, like he did his ever-increasing wage packet: nightclubs, strip clubs, casinos, fast cars. Bendtner would have Sunday lunch with the Bruces, playing happy families, and then hit the town, staying out until the early hours and incurring the manager’s wrath — or dismay — by turning up for the next day’s training the worse for wear. He wanted it all and it had not yet dawned on him that having it all was impossible.
