Totally non-nufc related that bit when Korea knocked Italy out the 2002 WC sticks in my head. "Goal! Golden goal! Has ever a goal been more Golden"

What a loser. Fool. I'm not the one getting whooshed now am I? Just imagine how hard it was for him. Moving from your home in Nigeria at the age of 16 and everyone you know behind you. Settling down at Reggina to go to Inter Milan and playing 3rd/4th choice. Then, again leaving the people you know to another new country! He made friends with a fellow muslim Emre who I now believe he is roommate with. You have to consider what is going on off the pitch and in my opinion he has had the toughest season off the pitch and one of the best on it. He was taking the piss mate.

Was thinking if Owen left.

Dead cert to leave Juve, 109 goals in 181 games (Domestically - he's got 140+ in total) and he's 29. Worth a shot? That Rossi chaps seems canny. http://sport.independent.co.uk/football/internationals/article2640374.ece That Palladino kid is also outstanding, and Aquialani in the midfield is pretty special. Italy should win IMO blueyes.gif

I'm walking my La Liga fantasy football and I've hardly change my team all season. Picking Ruud and Kanoute from the start has helped alot.

I heard him being linked to Villa about 3 weeks ago, it went quiet and its comeback again. From what I've seen of him at HSV, he just looks incredible. One of the best defensive midfield prospects I've seen since Hargreaves. I wish he could joing us, but with Butt playing so well and the Barton signing I can't see it happening. I was think more of using him as a RB, if we are looking for a up and coming DMF we should look at that Fernandes lad.

Dont think we have a chance at Huntelaar, unless we somehow get into the CL next season.

Being linked with Villa today. Hamburg are ready to sell to reduce thier wage bill, he can play right back aswell as backup for midfield. He's only 22 and a regular in the dutch national team, surley worth a look? Considering how hard its been to think of avaliable RB's?

The reason people are mentioning Birmingham is they & Newcastle were the only clubs mentioned in your original link. I am still looking for the Emre link you mentioned, I did "CTRL & F" & was still unable to find a mention of Emre on Timesonline. Do you think just maybe the Madrid & Milan links are more than likely agent stories pumped into the media, to push clubs like Brum & us into action. There's no mention of Emre in the article, but I remember him and Tuncay looked good friends before the Fener match, having a proper chinwag before kick off. Its an logical assumption for people to make that he would be influencial in Sanli coming here. Im sure I read something linking him to Arsenal the other day, but that was probably you normal 2+2=5 story from journalist combining the fact that he's on a free and that Wenger made a comment about him being a future star a few years ago.
