Good start result wise but we’re all too sloppy on the ball so far. A bit too early to rely on the low block so we really need to get a foothold on this.

Isak ain’t half missing big chances this year. Need to get a second to calm things down it feels like.

Professional performance with some really nice bits of play thrown in. Good to see us actually threaten at set pieces again. Piss poor from Osula for their goal but in a VAR world probably would have been chalked off.

Looking good tonight. Brentford have been absolutely anonymous tbh but our midfielders are doing what they want at the moment. Nice early goal in the second half and rest some players please.

I love Eddie and what he’s done. But we really can’t keep saying ”Massive few games coming up” and so on. We’re here and now. I never thought we had the squad for a Top 4 push (a serious one - not the one where many others are flailing about) but as shown against Man City, Arsenal and Liverpool we have good players when everything clicks. But there are serious issues when we can’t focus or motivate properly for the ”lesser sides”. It’s only going one way from here I fear. 😕

I’m actually starting to get a bit worried. We’re so lackadaisical and can’t force chances through possession to save our lives at Theo moment. There’s just no identity to the team. If that’s on PSR, Howe, Mitchell or a combination I have no idea - but it’s most certainly extremely depressing to watch. This season has been a disappointment so far for me - there’s just no other way to put it.
