Pope piss poor which in turn made Schär and Burn even more nervous than usual, Bruno poor. Hall great, Miley good for 65 mins. I’d definitely put Pope back on the bench for Wednesday. And tell the team to never, ever ever try and sit on a lead again. Go hell for leather with intensity and press, use subs proactively instead of giving opponents every chance to get back in the game.

Our inability to keep the ball is further enhanced by our ability to give it to opponents in the best possible positions. And if they mess it up we go again.

The thing is. Pope has let in so many poor goals this season. We really should’ve just stuck with Dubs. Also has a clanger in him of course but can at least pass the ball to the right player. Pope hasn’t been the same since his shoulder injury. Glue factory material unfortunately.

I think most of us expected us to have a go. To actually look like we had a semblance of a plan on how to come away with a point or three. This has been an absolute car crash.
