When you're a top player, exceptions are made. Dennis Irwin wouldn't have lasted long at Man Utd if he'd kicked a spectator, but Cantona was backed. Besides, Ranger's a nothing player with a lack of desire to improve. Bellamy was the complete opposite. .
-
He played every minute for Deportivo the season before we got him in, impressive. The last time he missed a top flight game through injury in England or Spain was in 2006. Nar, under Kinnear he came off for the stoppage time of the Tyne-Wear derby. Shoot him. Didn't miss the game, though.

What a load of crap. Bellamy by all accounts ran his bollocks off in training, and was the best player at the club by a distance. Ranger's a complete nobody who by several accounts is frequently late for training and isn't prepared to put in the hours to improve, in addition to being a complete cunt. What did Pedro say about him, Kevlaar?

Would like to see him do well after reading so much garbage like this tbh. The lad should have been on loan last season, never mind this. Depends on how accurate the stories of his behaviour are. As I said a couple of weeks back, not even a somewhat tolerant manager like Bobby would keep a prick like Ranger at the club.

Can't see it, but then I didn't see it with Carroll. That said, Carroll had 3 goals in 5 PL starts for us when he was Nile's age.
-
For the record, i'd rather have Jonas in a midfield 3 than Barton.
-
Folk still going on about Barton in CM? Pathetic.
-
would be a bit of a small CB pairing though. He's an inch at most shorter than Taylor. EDIT: Some sources say 6'1", some 5'11". Who knows?

what are reatrds ? Ask Gemmill, you reatrd so you don't know ? Well, yes, I know the answer. There are kids on here who talk utter s**** with very little substance to their arguments. When pressed, they disappear. No idea why? Yourself? You're not actually saying anything meaningful yourself. You started off by slagging off Wullie for not having a good enough understanding of what happened in the 80s and at the same time expecting better of the current board than the one we had in the 80s. I don't get the point you're making, other than that you're feeling brave and that everyone's talking s****. What do you think of the situation atm? That would be a good start. You only have to look at a few of Pie's posts to figure out what he's all about, man. He's not worth responding to in any context. A complete waste of flesh.

I'd personally rather have Coloccini on the pitch. Woodgate was very good but not quite the defender many on here make him out to be. I'd certainly like to see him behind Nicky Butt and Danny Guthrie.

URL is a tad misleading, like.

Yeah, i'm sure you saw loads of those players prior to Stoke.

Better looking too.

We can use the money far better.

PSG reject wants to play in Europe. So does Rob Earnshaw, no doubt.
-
Best scored a 30-yard volley in training today. Changed Pardew's mind about a new striker.
-
You'd have two players on one side who can't go outside and whip a cross in. Our standards should be way higher than that.

To save money of course and in the same time to imitate some transfer action... How would it save money? In the form of not paying any money [if a straight swap as suggested], attracting a player and releasing one. Thus, no transfer fee, offsetting wages and showing the fans that they are working on new recruits. Outcome: Same numbers, no outlay. So they can say that they've attracted a new body, but in fact it's a freebie [sort of]. Most probably, Rout's wages are higher than these of McWhatever guy. How would it offset wages? This lad will probably want more than Routledge is on. McGugan wouldn't make our first Xl. In fact, he wouldn't make the bench if we were to get another couple of atttacking players in. I'd rather take a couple of million from Routledge's sale and put it towards a player we do need.

What's the point?

Come a hell of a long way in the 2 years since LLLO told me he wasn't good enough for The Championship, like. Great player and great man. Very happy for him.

Thanks "The next time you appear in my court, you will look lawyerly. And I mean you comb your hair, and wear a suit and tie. And that suit had better be made out of some sort of... cloth. You understand me?"
