  1. Can't see it, certainly not at the rate they've been shipping goals recently.
  2. I've lost around £300 in the last couple of weeks, like. Stopped the rot in midweek, but i'm still playing it safe today with: Toon draw Villa Man U £10 returns £91.
  3. I absolutely love Tiote as a player, but that winning percentage stat has as much to do with the lower-Championship standard rubbish that play in his absence as it does with his sheer brilliance.
  4. Id be surprised if we got that lot for £150k per week True, probably underestimated the wages a bit. Still; Gameiro - £50,000 El Arabi - £38,000 Reo-Coker - £25,000 Van Aanholt - £17,000 Jarvis - £27,000 £157,000 a week? Reo-Coker is on a lot more than that now, will be moving on a free transfer, and will therefore - as there is no fee involved - be looking for a sizeable signing on wedge, and a high wage, much more than 25k. No-one will pay him more than £30k a week ... saying that aren't Stoke paying all of Carew's reported £50k a week wage? He's got the potential to be a much better player than Bellamy. Bellamy was world class at his best. How much have you seen of Gamerio to make such a massive call?

Only 5 goals away from being our top scorer. Never happened before.

C**t Replacing Hughton will never been a good idea. Just becuase things are going in the right direction doesn't justified that stupid decision. Mind you guys we are in that right direction because of what Hughton starts 18 month ego. Just seen this. What an angry individual. We need to rid this forum of such filth.
  7. I'm starting to think these long deals may be Ashley's indirect way of communicating.
  8. It already is our strongest midfield since Sir Bob, even without Ben Arfa and Ireland.
  9. Man U draw and Arsenal win turned out to be a great bet at 3/1.

Replacing Hughton has turned out to be a very good decision.
  11. Most of us thought that about Carroll. You never know till he's thrown in the deep end whether he can swim or not, unless it's blatantly obvious.
  12. I don't see how Williamson is crucial against physical teams, like. He's certainly physically inferior to Taylor.
  13. recently aye, i think he's pissed off there and has more than that. not too long ago he was touted as a possible england call up. in the right set up, and i'm not saying we are, a very decent forward could emerge. He has 7 caps.
  14. He's s**** man. You'd be paying £10 million for somebody with a worse record than Shola. But far more ability and mileage left in him. Hardly. He'll be 28 at the start of the next season and has barely showed any ability in his entire career. Quite surprised you actually rate him, and at £10 million too. Bad, bad player. I don't think he's quite worth £10m, just don't think he'd be that bad a signing at that price. He's one of those players who's awareness will just click at some point, like Zamora's did. Only he's naturally a better finisher and athlete.

  16. So you're denying that there was significant dissent on this forum towards Taylor while the contract thing dragged on? You're denying that coloured people's opinions of him, despite him barely putting a foot wrong when fit last season? Yep, heard it all now... Got to be said, Taylor's had 6 seasons in the PL. The fact you're pointing to half a season in The Championship as proof of his quality says it all. Ultimately, both Taylor and Williamson are lower-end PL defenders. The players around them on the pitch have lots of quality and consistency, so replacing one or both is not a major priority at this moment. Says a man who insisted not so long ago that Taylor would and should come in for Williamson when fit. What's your point?

  18. It was only a year ago that City were being linked with Perotti for £40m. Carlton Cole wouldn't be that bad of a signing for £10m, like. He's got a fair bit of talent, just hasn't been using it this past year or so.

I'll take anything I can inflict on that cowardly little cunt, thanks.
  20. He's f***ing garbage, how the f*** has he been Arsenal's first choice keeper? I can only think that Wenger hasn't fully grapsed the concept of it be a prerequisite for one of his Xl to be able to handle the ball. That's literally the only explanation I can come up with for that absolute monstrosity's inclusion.
  21. The Almunia show returns for one night only. One of the worst keepers i've ever seen play Premier League football.
  22. I'll come meet you guys in Miami in the summer.
