wasn't there a story on here once about someone approaching Mcdermott for an autograph in Eldon Sqaure and getting a drink thrown in his direction in return made me laugh. McDermott's a cunt, still think of him alongside Souness, having a go at Bellamy despite having never met him

there's no risk in keeping him. He's looking more and more like a fantastic asset.

As far as I'm concerned we would have had the poor Keegan results under Allardyce, I don't feel that confident about the better results under Keegan being repeated under Allardyce. Yes some of the better results have came against poorer teams but these are the same poorer teams who were getting results against us earlier in the season, we are still the only team to lose to Derby in the league and we've only got 3 league games left for that to change. Like you say "results alone don't tell the whole story," we played some very difficult games off the belt and Keegan hadn't really a chance to know his players, under the circumstances I think he's done a brilliant job. Weve actually started to play football that is worth watching, players who were not performing are starting to look like footballers, mostly Alan Smith isnt getting a game and that has been a bonus as we now take to the field with 11 players instead of 10 on a good day, not that we had many of those as we had so many under performers. We can now go to a game knowing that even if we do get beat were going to go about it the right way and try to win instead of trying to contain the dregs of the league, which to be fair, we had become one of them. i'm in agreement with this - we were always losing the games we lost under keegan the only question was how long would the bad run last and could keegan pull us out of it personally i had my doubts (the villa performance/result was a big influence on that opinion as it happens) and they were based on genuine questions about whether keegan could still perform at the top level and turn us around without money; 3 years out of the game, underwhelming at man city without cash etc... he's sold me on the fact that he should be the man to lead us into a new period with recent results but brummie makes an excellent point frankly some of the pro-keegan stuff during his losing run was an embarrassment (as is some of it now), it was like you'd insulted someone's mam for being s*** at her job and the only reason the people were defending her was 'cause "she's me mam" the landscape has changed now somewhat - anyone not behind the guy is clearly an idiot that said, some of the criticism some dickheads on here threw at Keegan was even more of an embarrassment, someone even called him a cunt ffs

i'm praying that is the case

ah well, anyway describing Martins as having a 'deft touch' is the only thing i could find wrong with that article
-
Well written and extremely well researched. He's writing for a website off his own bat and Weez Keez "the hapless Jose Enrique" Louise gets paid for spouting her mackem drivel. Nae justice like. who does this Louise write for, remember reading some bollocks from her 6 months back about us needing a pacey fullback because of Stephen Carr's aging legs or some such shite

if his daughter lives in London there really isn't that much difference between him living here and living in Barca, still a fairly short plane journey he's still a great players but he's been past his best for nearly two years. Who would he replace Viduka? hardly. Martins? I'd personally be devestated if we sold Martins in the summer, he's less than two seasons away from being a truly world class young (ish) striker that said, i'd still like him here, Martins at 23 isn't that different from Henry at 23 in fairness. Not that i can see Henry coming here like

in the range of Chelsea? fucking idiot

titus is in their cos of his shockers against everton (pass back) and man city (misses the ball). OK 2 mistakes? as opposed to Taylor who is just consistently s**** What an absolute load of f****** bollocks he is though, he's been ok in his last two against s**** and a team who cant score at home but he's looked like an amateur all season OK in all seriousness mate, I ask every Taylor fan the same thing, what indicates he'll ever be a genuinely good premiership defender? He already is a good premier league defender, not outstanding by any stretch, but good. come on mate, he's slow he's got a habit of being shrugged off the ball, his distribution is poor, he cant time his tackles, he's average in the air and dont get me started on his positioning. How does that make him good? he's poor to average Sounds like Cacapa and certainly not Taylor. ok well you describe Taylor's attributes then and when Taylor's captained one of the best sides in europe for 5 seasons you can suggest he's better than Cacapa

I have no interest in making yet another case for Titus Bramble but to include him in the worst team of the season when we ourselves have played shite like Taylor and Rozenhal is mental Taylor has certainly made more mistakes this season than Bramble but of course 'he's a promising lad who's still learning'. When Titus was 22 he was being grilled left, right and centre

shame, love Lampard as a player and like him as a person
-
based on what? but, having see him twice, he does look a very good player
-
has to be Beye, nobody else has played consistently well, Harper would be a contender had he played more of the season
-
Kluivert looked better than alreet, in fact he looked class and a considerable goal threat. But like Bellamy he was fucked off to preserve Shearer's place in the team, fucking disgraceful
-
Ben Affleck as Peter Ramage
-
Beye, Faye, Viduka, Barton? voted Souness, set us back 5 years as he did with the scum
-
How old is he? McCarthy has always impressed me. I like Santa Cruz but feel we should look elsewhere. 26 according to Wikipedia. So perfect age really. I see him as a perfect alternative to Viduka. Step across though isn't it? He would only go to a bigger club. you dont think we're bigger than Blackburn?
-
Clichy is the last of their worries IMO, very good player. yep, Clichy is solid they need to look at the right-side first, i've actually no idea what they're doing with Eboue and Walcott/Rosicky aren't the answer in that position. They also have no genuine physicallity in their defence and dont get me started on their forwards. Not one is fit for a club supposedly one of the biggest in the world.

f****** bullshit

did Beckham demand a starting role in his favoured position at 21? did he fuck. N'zogbia's a cunt, just like the Jenas and Gomas of this world who want to sit in up-market cafes in Central London sipping coffee and pissing about with their laptop/ipod simulataneously while praying someone doesn't come past shouting 'good game mate.' he's a cunt and he isn't important enough to the team (Bellamy) for me to overlook that

since when is he a defender i'm not being funny but are you trying to dedicate your life to typing stupid things on this forum
