No question about it, Bobby was perhaps the perfect man-manager for the modern footballer. Dealt superbly with the likes of Bellamy, Robert and Dyer, and it's no surprise the wheels fell of when he was replaced with his polar opposite. I do find it funny how Shearer gets off scot-free for disrespecting him in pre-season against Celtic.
