Feel for both him and Gordon like. Don't rate Almiron one bit, but the way the pair of them have been ran into the ground over the last month makes absolutely no sense to me. Neither can hardly move, yet they alway start. Would've been better off with a bairn or two from start.

Gordon been running on empty since the Bournemouth game bar 1 match vs Man U - Miggy the same

We haven’t been the same since that game - tank was almost emptied - literally played the same players ever since

Fair enough, I didn’t watch it just remember the clip

Yeah was a brief note made by Ashworth to the board when they were having a zoom conference

Did they not say the target was CL on the Amazon thing? I only watched a bit of the first episode

They acknowledged potential difficulties and the possible drop off that may occur

It’s been relentless - feel totally worn out - emotionally drained - just imagine how the players must be feeling

We have to get some form of European football next season even if it’s the Conference League

To keep the club moving forward and expose us to playing twice a week - builds experience, knowledge and knowhow and if it’s the Conference - a chance to win a trophy

    Probably phrased it wrong

Or play Bruno in a double pivot, similar to how Brazil play him. I love Miley a lot, but defensively off the ball he is not there.

Or this - just try something different - keep the opposition on their toes - it’s just to predictable

We lack athleticism at the back and creativity going forward. We rely on the system to get us in good positions which is fine, but there's a distinct lack of quality in the final decision, pass or shot.

The lack of pace and athleticism stops us from being truly able to push up the pitch and pin teams back too. Too many times recently we're caught in two minds and make it easy for the opposition to counter us.

    CB, DM and RW pls.

Number 6 is a crucial position which we need to address - you can still press by playing a 4-1-4-1 with Bruno further up

    just try something different Eddie

I had my concerns about going balls deep with Howe ball in the summer. But most of those key players have been unavailable for various reasons so hard to say if it was the wrong route without hindsight.

I think the Hall transfer was questionable at the time. Essentially secured Burn as first choice LB.

Style of play sustainability wise. Lack of rotation. Lack of flexibility. These are my biggest systemic issues with Howe.

Let this season play out and across then

The lack of a genuine 6 is a concern - we are too open

Lack of discipline today - 46 mins are 1 with ball in the Forest box and we get countered on

We’ve become a bit predictable in our attacking play with these inverted wingers, should have enough today but needs a tweak or two going forward.

Think even Gordon is becoming easy to read for the opposition at the minute, front 3 need to be more interchangeable, hopefully Isak’s movement helps with this today.

    HTFL

Gordon is physically spent - after 30 mins he literally can’t run - same with Miggy

We miss him when not in the team. He's the most aggressive presser we have.

How unlucky are we that for practically Al the first half of the season we have been without Joe - Joe - Tonali and Anderson

  10. Problem with Miggy is that he’s not a natural inverted winger - so the decisions that someone who is a natural in that position makes, Miggy doesn’t and that’s the frustrating element - his shooting is poor - rarely clips a ball into the striker - he has no relationship with the 9, whether that’s Isak or Wilson - that’s massive weakness

IF there’s any chance of bringing a couple of quality players in then we must do it. Not only to strengthen but it would also mean a lot in general and lift the moral and belief amongst the current players and squad. A couple of players would be a breath of fresh air and it would lift the spirits up. This combined with some players coming back (hopefully) could kick start our season. Might get worse before it gets better but it wouldn’t take a lot to turn the tide and hit some positive momentum and kick on. It’s times like these where the strong ones and the winners start showing real leadership and will. Can blame fatique all we want, but it’s at least 50% of mentality. I refuse to write this season off or using tiredness as a too big of an excuse. We and will turn this around. But the fans and the players and staff have to do it together.

Biggest thing for us is to get European football next season - it’s an absolute must - the more experience we get the better we  will become,

It’s the forward areas we need to improve - one loan and 2 perm if we can - 6 - RW - FWD

  12. I am confident in Eddie’s ability to learn and the clubs ability to learn from this - we’ve been handicapped for a few months - it’s not an excuse but a reality - to not have at least 6 players hurts you massively

We have to add quality - that’s a mere fact

    Just have to be patient
