  2. Souness? Aye, I'll renew. Roeder? Aye, I'll renew. Allardyce? Aye, I'll renew. Keegan? Fuck it. I'm sick. Can't understand the mentality.
  3. The craic is defo important like. Aye, but that's got bugger all to do with the offer though. You should be able to get all six of you together, elsewhere in the ground. Eventually. But we couldn't next season.
  4. Me too. Guaranteed £18 a match for 3 years. It's not too shabby.
  5. My renewal works out at £18 per game. Just been up to choose our new seats. The "singing section" is still pretty much completely empty. Outside of the front five rows we were offered any seat we wanted in the corner. Bloke that showed us our seats said virtually everyone who's been up has complained about it. Either everyone moved has picked somewhere other than the corner, or they haven't renewed at all. Whatever the case, tomorrow being the last day to choose seats suggests the singing corner has been a damp squib amongst existing season ticket holders. Anyone who takes the 'Singing section' is a mug. It's all well and good getting a cheaper season ticket, but the prices will rise, and you'll be paying the same as what you used to for a decent view. I'll sit anywhere with the same 6 lads I've been going with for years. If I could sit on my todd with a great view for half the price I'd knock it back. The craic is all that's entertained me for 4 years now.

  7. Can someone give me the essence in two sentences?
  8. We're signing one of the cows on a three year deal apparently. FFS. Keegan out. How many posts were dedicated to the silky dribbling of the skier? And we get the cow? Relegated. the skiier definately showed poor manoverability whereas the cows were flexible and ran across the squares quite briskly too. Flexible cows...goddamn. The hell is going on in here. How y'all doin Liberty Mike I assume Switzerland are playing in red today? (LB here btw)
  9. First they came for the lager louts, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a lager lout.
  10. box office told me season ticket holders from Leazes L7 that renew will be transposed over to the corner as they are. That is, you'll be sat around all the season ticket holders you were before, if they choose to renew as well. It really seems like a scam to get persistent standers in a small section where they can hoy them out and ban them one at a time. The council will not be having a singing section that stands for 90 minutes.
  11. I hope this isn't the general perception of other fans.
  12. Those are some pretty nerdy avatars.
  13. Turkey Vs Italy final Turkey won Turkey v. France in the final, Bond girl on penalties. Glad to see Turkey doing so well. Lost the final to Romania for me, but certainly a contender.
  14. Enough cock sucking already. MON is a twat.
  15. What's your examples of us doing most of our work in a bad tenuous way?
  16. I seem to remember it was mentioned before. The club also handed out free strips to thousands of fans at the last Villa home game, which is a bit of an improvement on our free scarves. I don't think the Villa owners even own a sports clothing company with turnover in the billions.
  17. There's been no hostility. Why's discussing something that's happened more of a folly than the dozens of subjects people are getting irate about all over the board on players and stuff that hasn't and will never happen? The quotations indicated the title of your piece, which I assumed, and still assume, is being acted out in mockery of the things you mentioned to highlight the foolish and utterly futile nature of the method by which some people on this board attempt to "argue" and "discuss". If it isn't, then cheers on an accidental masterpiece. Why do you think a calm freindly discussion must be a mockery of the teeth gnashing going on elsewhere? That would make every conversation ever held a satire.

  19. Keegan turned Dunne around and made him the player he is.
  20. "Bankrupt"? Nowt like that, just covering his losses with a side bet ffs. He wants to be here, but more to cover his losses than from any desire to be back in the game, because he clearly wasn't interested 60 days before he did come back. mate that doesnt matter at all, if you'd asked him 60 days before he took over the first time he would've said 'no thanks, i'm happy playing golf in the sun' So what changed in that 60 days? Read his autobiography, he wasn't even living in Spain when we approached him first time. i've read it mate, i wasnt trying to be too specific it was just a throwaway comment, the geography isnt it important, its the sentiment and to happy face, i think what changed in 60 days, both times, is we offered him the job I think Sir John offered him the job and sold him on his passion for making Newcastle a force at a time when second division clubs could go up, build and challenge. Do you think Ashley did the same, with talk of a DOF and delusions of breaking the top 4 within 3 seasons that are in direct opposition to Keegans pre-stated stance on those subjects?
  21. THIS is fantasy '08... http://www.the-onion-bag.com/euro2008/100yards.php

  24. He didn't, and no-one's said he did. Two months before taking the job, in the interview from inside sport (youtube it) he said Allardyce would be a fool to accept a DOF, anyone would be a fool to take on such a role and Ashley would be a fool to install one.
