I’ve never missed the start of a game and I’ve never been in the habit of getting in an hour before. Expecting people go so early just in case of the unlikely event they get ID checked seems silly when it’s avoidable. Away games are far enough as it is, and when I’m there in plenty of time I’d much rather be around the ground than in the concourse or a mostly empty stand.

I’m totally over him going to ManU. He’s been here for seven years and that was a few years ago now. It wasn’t great but I understand him wanting to go to ManU. He’d lost his place after that great run - obviously going to hurt. He’s got the chance to play for what will be a massive club to him AND he was expecting more game time. We didn’t have to allow it.

Also similar to Emirates there was an issue with fans either side of the corner singing different things (but not much singing in general). I wasn’t interested in getting a 6 pound Heiniken in the ground (and helping their PSR..) so didn’t notice much about the ground really. However noticed bad: the big impact of a thick band of corporate/hosp around 3/4 of the ground good: one big single tier behind one goal

I can’t even really get in the head of someone who thinks that should be a penalised handball. It’d be a totally silly and unwelcome disruption to the game as far as I’m concerned. He does not use his arm at all, don’t kick it off someone’s arm if you don’t want it affecting the ball. the handball rule should be about eliminating using hands and arms to gain special advantage, not about trying to play a silly game of making them lava
