Opportunity for Kadar or Santon to come in and do well. Can't think of any centre halves in the reserves who you could put in except Kadar, as the rest are surely just to young

Also would be harsh to drop Guthrie, I thought his passing was top drawer yesterday, best player for me, at times he had the ball looking to create a play and our forward players were not creating the space. He looks vastly improved like. Maybe a 4-3-3 going forward with him, tiote and cabaye in there

Thought Ba looked much better with Shola up there, looks type of player that likes to play off someone, so Best or Shola must start - Never thought I would say it but would prefer Shola to start as last couple of times he looks up for it, maybe Sammy driving him on. We really need to fit Ben Arfa in somewhere though and maybe dropping Obertan and putting Arfa out there would be best. Jonas has to come back in if Pardew is gonna persist with Raylor.

He has been here a year next Friday, have to say thought it was daft getting rid of Hughton, but he has improved our organisation greatly and showing signs that we can play decent football. Will be interesting to see what the next year brings and if we bring in a few more decent players could be good. He was fine against City. If Obertan can play, so can Sammy. Obertan's better in just about every department. Its right to bring Sammy on for 20 minutes here and there but he is not ready at all. Looks promising though but needs more discipline and to do the simple things well, He got caught in possession by trying to run with ball when there was no space down the right yesterday from our half Evra took the ball, needs to learn when to run and when to pass it.

What we do in January could have a big impact of us finishing in Europe position or dropping to mid table to be honest, we may have such a platform to build on if we keep up our form through december.

That will come, but you have to remember the opposition we have just played. The two best teams in the league. After the Chelski game, we have Norwich, Swansea and West Brom. Should be able to express ourselves a little more in these games True, They will just kick him though. There was a lovely bit of play yesterday where him, guthrie and cabaye played the ball in a triangle and one of them was released into space. It would be nice to see us start to express ourselves as Cabaye and Ben Arfa have that ability to open things up if there is enough movement, we should be capable of making teams really panic. I would like Tiote back also as I think Cabaye and Guthrie although they have done well are to similar and Tiote is dynamic and powerful in there

Every time he has the ball he looks like he could take it and rape the other team, bit hit and miss at the moment but the other teams look shit scared of what he might do, saw that a couple of times against Man City and Man Utd and they are the best teams in this league. When he has the ball I would just like to see him drive forward with it and players around him to make runs, he has played a few great through balls and looks like he has good vision

Going to be a big miss, I actually think he looks a bit clumsy at times on the ball but he gets in some great positions, going to rely on Best and Shola to provide goals and that could be difficult, he will be missing for around 6 weeks like as I would expect Senegal to do well, same as Tiote with Ivory Coast

I don't think we will see him at his best until he has played around 10 games tbh, hopefully he remains in the team now and builds that confidence. I do feel we need to improve our movement though to increase space for him, only Ba has real decent movement with Jonas and Obertan fairly static at times when we have posession rather than stretching the other teams defence. Could do with Cabaye/Guthrie making a few forward runs into space also, the one thing Gosling appears to be good at.

Was not happy when appointed but couldn't be happier now. He seems to be able to motivate and man management skills appear spot on. He also appears to be tactically astute and has organised us unbelievably. It will be interesting to see just how far he can take us and how he reacts when our form dips, which it will. Its also good to see that slowly he is bringing youth players into and around the team, players like Tavernier, Vuckic, Sammy could be great in making up the squad and allow any available money to be spent in raising our game with key signings. Just need rid of Smith, Perch, Lovenkrands now, I would have added raylor at beginning of season but think he is useful to have around (Just not starting). For January would be nice to see us sign a striker, defender and attacking midfield option
