That was through the back of Gosling there surely?!

That shot from Shola had less pace than him.

Some of our passing

Cisse miles on there.

I actually found myself not wanting that to go in then

Loudest silence ever

I can't wait to see his lineup next week. He's outoding himself every week
-
He's taking the piss out of us isn't he

I was looking at Derby's attendances that year, and they never dropped below 30,000 (33,000) capacity. Pretty impressive given how bad they were. To think, over a third of their points total came against us Also, I hated Dean Leacock.

I'd fucking take it up the number two if it meant getting the second alternative. Snap, it would be a massive risk still though, because we'd have no Remy.

it was exactly the question i sat out to ask...just changed a bit! I would prefer he left, coz its over imo. I think our best players have had it with him! Cant see him changing it. He can“t make us play modern and exciting football which attracts good young players. Im afraid players like Cabella will think twice about coming here for further delevopment...the montpellier nut case might have a point! Im afraid the damage have been done....hope I'm wrong and extremely pessimistic Pretty much how I see it. We will never be spending any significant sums or showing any ambition whilst Ashley is here, so let's at least get a manager in that can get the most out of what we have. Surely that's the perfect scenario for Ashley as well, maximise the output of what we have so he doesn't need to spend as much. Rather than being the vicious cycle we're in now, it can be a more positive (albeit with a roof) cycle.

So out of interest, would people rather: 1) A decent sized transfer kitty for Pardew to spend in the summer or 2) Forfeit a transfer kitty/use it to sack Pardew, and work with the squad we have for a year. Personally I think I'd rather work with what we have and get rid of him, even if we would have limited attacking capabilities. With the right manager I think there's enough to work with in the squad to get significantly more than we're currently getting. IMO it would be taking a step back to take 2 forwards. Like many others, I feel like it doesn't matter who we bring in, we'll ruin them.

Always used to hate Shelvey, but he's impressed me every time I've seen him for quite a while now.

This guy... It takes some doing to be the most hated Newcastle manager I've witnessed us have, considering we've had Allardyce, Dalglish and Souness on the books. Please, just fuck off.

Good question, he's done nothing anytime I've seen him Apart from score against us, of course.
-
I think this is where I'm at to be honest. I'm resigned to the fact that we won't see his best in our kit, but I like watching him play.
-
If he was under any sort of pressure, I imagine he'd have been gone the moment he went to nut Meyler. Can't see losing a nothing game making much difference.
-
Stop it mate, you're only making it harder on yourself dreaming like that.
-
He was there watching, mind.
-
No point even typing that. That's the thing, there's pretty much nothing left to say about him and the situation. We've been in this exact situation so many times and it's had absolutely 0 impact on Pardew's position.
-
We've lost 5 games by 3 goals or more since Christmas.
-
You know I think you might be the first person to have pointed that out

A poor isolated moment doesn't change the fact that he's had a decent season overall. He's most certainly improved.
