He's a good centre half frustrated by his lack of game time. Rather him being unhappy and hopefully banging Pardew's door than merely accepting the status quo and taking the money. I think we need to keep him because we will need him at some stage and then it's down to him whether he keeps his place. I'm not saying he's not but there's no reason to start coming out in the press expressing his desire to play and if he doesn't, he'll leave.
