  1. We know that he’s never going to pick just the 11 in the best form.
  2. I’d say only 3 or 4 of those are proven/likely to perform at the very top level though. Do have hopes for Gordon, Palmer and Eze mind, so it could go better than I think.
  3. This is the only competent lineup really, still think the defence looks a bit suspect.
  4. Squad doesn’t look all that on paper.
  5. It ‘could’ be implemented much better but I don’t have any confidence it will be.
  6. Should've started them all, shite manager.
  7. His celebration is good when he's done something pressurised or really good, but for most goals it just makes him look a prick.
  8. The temporary store is the proper store, until the old store becomes the new store, which will then be proper.
  9. There'll be endless stories of players that clubs decided not to sign. Always has been.
  10. Could be a big win if we can get someone (Longstaff) out for some money.
  11. The setup for it looks serious like, will be good. Sadly I'll be in London for the baseball.
  12. Still maintain Obertan was technically quite good and very athletic, his problem was mental. Could've been Jacob Murphy with better timing.
  13. My best ever piece of comedy writing was a piece called 'Lets party like it's £19.99", where we wrote about fun items that cost £19.99 from the Argos catalogue. Probably had to be there
  14. I honestly don't know, just speculating. Strikes me as odd that a league could have all the best players and crush the competition but they legislate so they can't. I guess it is because the members have such different interests.
  15. Luiz is much better than Gallagher like, would be a blow for Villa.
  16. Aye, so it is a career-ender then.
  17. But he can't get everyone else to vote how he wants, can he? Forgive me if I'm missing something, I don't follow it in detail.
  18. I never understand why the PL would have voted to strangle their own product in the first place. Why not make it a global super league absolutely sloshing with money? I guess the problem is that it's a member's club rather than a company with a single brain or strategy. Maybe some clubs want to remain in the PL and be competitive without having to invest so much, so they want the overall ceiling to be kept down?
