It might be flimsy in common sense, but it might be quite strong under the letter of company law. Always hard to judge how much normal common sense applies.

I still think about 5.5 or 6. Slightly more likely to go down, and obviously we will if current form continues. But based on a couple of recent improvements in performance, you add Wilson and we might have picked up more points. Remember a point per game keeps you up comfortably (usually), that's basically a win per month.

I agree this point is right, I just think it would be almost impossible to prove that those rules weren't applied properly before in the context of this tribunal. And even if you did, what would it mean for this decision? Balance of probabilities might be enough to sow doubt I suppose, I don't know exactly how the tribunal works.
