In my lifetime I'd say it's a very close call between Ashley and Souness. I suppose it could be said however that at least Souness, though incapable of doing so, tried to take the club forward whereas Ashley's decision making has been some of the most idiotic we've ever seen, virtually to the point where you ask yourself if he's intentionally sabotaging the club.

I'm not even holding my breath for any gilmmer of hope because it's clearly going to be a case of jobs for the lads. Until he sells the club to someone capable, it's looking increasingly likely we're facing a long dark chapter in the club's history.

I actually feel sick to my stomach that the club have done this to him, after all he's done for us. Seeing those pictures of him leaving on SSN was awful. It's really starting to feel like being under the Tyranny of Oliver Hardy supporting this club.

Absolutely sickening that they've done this to a man who's worked miracles with our team. For the first time in over 5 years, we were a relatively respectable club again and in the snap of a finger we're back to being the laughing stock of the country.
