Cant see any of them becoming regular Premier League players, all have enough to be good Championship starters though. Haven't seen Inman myself but isn't thought highly of? Also, don't you know the Streetes? How's he getting on? Inman is 22 soon i think? Think he will improve but enough to start regularly at this level? Would be surprised. My brother hasnt spoke to Remie for ages but his FB suggests he isnt as dedicated to football as he could be. Whether thats a case of boredom while injured or whatever i dont know. He needs to lay off the drink though thats for sure. On the field he seems to be fit again and playing well from what i have read on .com. I watched Streete play once and he was gash tbh Knew i must have picked a terrible day because everyone speaks highly of him. Tricky for young'uns to be dedicated imo unless they've got a good family around them. Too much temptation and not enough self control when you're that age. Hopefully he'll come good! Aye thats true, fwiw i saw him play a few stinkers as well He was hitting sunderland's student nights when he was 15 ffs silly boy!

  4. Also, what did i miss that now Krul is fit to start? Thought he was out for the season...

He'll lack the match sharpness to do that this time. Surely he won't play 90 mins, i reckon he'll come on with 20 or 30 mins to go.
  6. Damn right it would be. That's a guy i would take a risk on.
  7. Obvs Liverpool are total favourites for this. Just hope the Suarez thing will have knocked their confidence a bit.

All of those could have been won by our CBs to be fair.

  10. You mean we ARE attractive? Was that a typo? Genuine question... Yes, I meant we are. Oh good! Thought you were baiting Wullie just for the fun of it there !!

Probably aye, hopefully that means we've stayed up. The only reason i'd definitely keep him is if we went down! Don't think we could do much better tbh.

Tbh i don't understand why some are taking things so personally but hey ho Me neither. Nobody likes an optimist, Ian
  14. Couldn't see Ashley paying it tbh.... unless he took it out of the transfer fund but tbh i would take that trade at the moment Me too. In fact, if that was our only 'transfer' i think it would be worth doing.
  15. If that's really true then i think he's be worth it. Proved himself a good coach and was a such a distinguished player that he in himself would be a draw for other players. Will be well pleased if we can get him. It's just that Ashley has never paid out compensation to get his man, and is more likely to want to spend the 5m on a player. Every managerial appointment is a risk. However, Laudrup knows the league (which is hugely important imo), proved himself and is a draw. I'm sure FMA could see the benefit of having him here. Well worth £5m if true.
  16. I agree. Can't help but think there would be a lot more to it though!

  18. 1 year left on his contract iirc. Depends if he'd want to come. If he did i think he has a history of throwing his toys about until he gets his move.
  19. The least risky is Laudrup imo. (Don't think Moyes is affordable)

Until recently I thought it was Wullie and Toon's Taylor who were my main nemeses. Is that a word? Most people are lucky to get one nemesis, Ian Greedy b******d !

If the club employ new coaches to train the team to play to their strengths, i have to be honest, i wouldn't be against the idea of seeing him into next season. If it's the same lot as this season, then i would think it's time for a change. It's ok making mistakes and then saying he's learning by them but then he makes lots of other mistakes. Enough for me to really wonder why he can't see most of them coming. We need someone who can anticipate future events and act accordingly not just someone who can analyse the past. There's a BIG difference.

He needs him to keep some sort of foothold in the dressing room imo.

I'll bet there's more than a grain of truth in that. It's a rock, man. Made of a BILLION grains stuck together.
