erm, BAN...........! I remembered where I am at the last moment

Yes and he has been giving rather large of late. Talking of giving it large, that bet we had, should you want to settle up now, give it to the N-O server fund. I'm assuming there is one.
-
Get in there, Arsenal. Table looking even nicer now. All I need now is for Liverpool not to get anything. COME ON SUND*&*£@! Best not
-
Rubbish. Doesn't even rhyme.

Both. I'm talking about players who were bought for the future in general. I always think there's a lot more satisfaction in seeing 'one of your own' come through. In the future, it's going to be harder to get top quality kids unless they've come through your Academy as anyone with ability will already have been snapped up by a bigger fish. Of course there will be some that will slip through the system to resurface later, but I would be surprised if they will be as prevelant as they have been in the past. Absolutely. I genuinely think that youth academies are going to become more and more important when there is increasingly less to differentiate between clubs.

The only reason you're going so far in the FA Youth Cup is because you keep getting easy draws, Ipswich, Colchester, Crewe!! We've got Port Vale still to play and, assuming we win that, Chelsea in the quarter finals with Miroslav Stoch, Gael Kakuta, Morten Nielsen and Sergio Tejera in their team amongst others. TBF, Tejera did look good when I saw him. "The only reason" ha ha. Heaven forfend that we should actually have a very good youth program, which has culminated with several graduates in the first team squad. *winky emoticon*

whats "tyres" from spaced doing in your av ? *gasp* How very dare you!

I know, that's why i said "or developing, at least" get them in, work on them. He's still miles from any sort of finished product, and very young, but we can make him better.

Youth policies are going to become even more important. So many clubs with so much money, and so difficult to sign new players, growing (or developing, at least) your own is going to become more important. Our youth team beat Ipswich 5-0 to reach the semis of the FA Youth Cup this week. We already know who our next crop are going to be - Delfouneso, Allbrighton, Bannan, Forrester to name just four. They won't all make it, in fact most of them won't, but if one of them turns out to be an Agbonlahor, it will make it all worth it. Incidentally, they don't even have to end up playing in your first team. Steven Davies - 4m to Fulham, for example. That's useful money.

Quite true. Most disappointing window, but on the bright side, City and Everton not having done a great deal will even out the competition a bit. Esp if City can't sign Benjani.

Isn't he fucking annoying? "there are people working at the FA registering deals, and let's be honest, they'll be watching SSN" *smug shit eating grin*
-
Chimbonda on loan. Be still my beating heart. At least a resolution would allow me to go to bed.

Inaccuracy Touting Kunt

God gives with one hand, with the other he takes away.

The only reason i am still watching is because I think we might sign him on loan. How exciting. CL here we come.

i can't believe Boro have spent so much on Alves. So, he scored shit loads of goals in Holland. So did Kezman and Kuyt. I reckon you could parachute me into some mid ranking Dutch team, say Twente Enschede, and I'd get 20 goals a season, and I can't even open the fridge door without getting out of breath.
-
Aye, what's your point? This is my point. Setanta Sports News is absolute rubbish, but I understand why people watch it as cable viewers do not get Sky Sports News. SSN is shite aswell. Whats your point? My point is this! *visible nervous breakdown, rocking suggesting entry into catatonic state, mutterings about right backs*

I can't believe anyone actually watches Setanta Sports News even on deadline day. Oh, hang on, i just remembered, it is for cable people who don't get Sky innit.

I'll translate what he said for you. "Keep watching! Keep watching! Keep watching!" Which is exactly what that lizard-esque front man is doing every time he refers breathlessly to "things hotting up" (Holy fuck! Birmingham have signed Tainio! It's like the storming of the Winter Palace, the Germans crossing into Poland and the Kennedy Assassination all rolled into one!!!!) and refers AGAIN to that bookish looking bell end "frantically texting people". Fuck you Sky, you fucking cunts.

Jesus. Desperation.

I was reading an interview with a local sports correspondent for a national newspaper, who swears blind that that business with Milner being called back at the last moment was "because FS wanted to get one over on MON for turning down the Newcastle job". Now, I am aware of the numerous assertions in that statement which could be realistically challenged, but wouldn't it be kind of ironic if it were actually true. It would be like Freddie's revenge. Although, I'd still have Milner here. He's better than Wayne Cunting Routledge FFS

I heard that Beckford thing this morning, actually. You never know. Surely not good enough for the Premiership? I'm not, no. Oh, sorry, Beckford. I've no idea, just saying I heard it mentioned somewhere earlier today.
