I had a soft spot for Arsenal pre-Arteta and the sense of inevitability and entitlement when anyone dares to take points away from them. City used to be like that before they won everything but it's pretty much disappeared up their own arsehole. The Liverpool and Arsenal feeling of we deserve this because look at our history and again, the attempt at a closed shop so they can just quarrel amongst themselves while feeding off the lower tier teams is insufferable and I wish them every hardship and misery. I think if we hadn't been taken over I would have walked away from football by now. The only saving grace is the prospect of eventually being the ladder above even City and how angry it will make the rest of them.

City as a club in my experience are a non entity, they'd be like Everton without the takeover so them being raised to a megaclub and corrupting their way to dominance is emotionally bereft. City won the league. Meh. They don't care, I don't care. The PL isn't a real league.
