Over the past week I've seen some funny posts here saying we'll never go down. Famous last words, if we're not careful..

I remember when he nutted keith curl hahaha maybe in his 1st or 2nd game? not sure but as soon as I saw that I loved him. One of my favourite toon players EVER. Tino Asprilla will long be remembered by Newcastle fans, not least for a dazzling hat-trick against Barcelona in their team’s first Champions League campaign, counterpointed by one of the most spectacular fouls ever seen in these parts – an elbow-headbutt combination against Keith Curle in a match with Manchester City. In two years on Tyneside, the gun-toting, pornstar-fancying, moped-riding, poodle-loving Colombian also spiced things up off the pitch. edit: oh fuckin hell, watch a video just entitled 'Asprilla' on youtube, it'll make you feel totally awesome

viana, acuna, luque and domi ...I want xisco to be given a chance too, but we'll see

another ex-player, Faye: "I'm so happy at Stoke and the support is unbelievable," Faye told the Sentinel. "I want to thank the fans. I love them. They are the best in the Premier League. "For 90 minutes they don't stop supporting their club. At Newcastle it was OK. When you won, the support was there, but it would change if you played for 30 minutes and didn't score. "At Stoke that doesn't happen. Whether we win or lose, the support is there."

:-[ lets organise a friendly with them quick!

shame on you! I would've went for ya!

Jonas is good at holding onto the ball and in Martins and Lovenkrands we'll have a couple of mobile targets for him to aim at. he gets a lot of criticism on the forum but i noticed vs west brom that when jonas isn't playing we seem to have far less posession. it may have just been that game, but we had far less possession which i put down to jonas' ability to keep the ball and tackle back. just ignore mongs who diss wor jonas, he provides spark, determination and ball control for us. not many players can perform miracles when they're in the shit like we are..
-
Hes worth at least £10m to me, I love the guy
-
I think is going to be a right battle, I just hope we come out of it with a win! I'm going for 2-1 to us but I honestly feel like it has a draw written all over it... Raylor with a freekick goal and jonas with a tap-in
-
Hope he plays but like always, I won't hold my breath...

Beye is like a god in my eyes
