There is the frightening possibility that in response to his "joke" to the reporter, he will hold onto Pardew for a time yet, no matter the results.

Some of this negativity is really depressing. I'm in the glass half full camp on this one, so I'm going for a 3-0 loss. -
Would take Moyes in a heartbeat

His bruvver apparently. Name sweepstake? Micky Pardew Brett. Brett Golfmag Pardew

Would love to, but can't afford the air ticket to fly into the States for their internet.  Google headquarters is only an hour and a half drive from where I am right now. I could take your inquiries to them, LRD.

since I love the club, I am worried about its medium and long term future. No one denies that Ashley is a horrible cancer on the club and the source of our problems. But Pardew's management is clearly doing a great deal of damage in the short term. Under his guidance, we will likely get relegated. Right now I'd accept Ashley firing him, bringing another lickspittle in who is moderately better, then hoping beyond hope that Fat Mike gets caught exchanging child porn with Paul Reubens and Jeffrey Jones. Baby steps though.

Chemo usually last a few months. Are you having another "American hosting company" moment? 5-year survival rates are useful in understanding prognosis. Most cancer is so unpredictable that it becomes less meaningful to go beyond that. And no wonder pill or Cesium-133 treatment will change that.

Taking outthe whole context of everything surrounding the club and who the next tie is, ST. That performance soley, given the changes made to the side (obviously both sides did), what did you feel was wrong with the performance from the players tonight? Brett, this is the mentality that sees us bottom of the table with Alan Pardew still in charge. It would be OK if you could separate the 2, and be proud of a victory and a good team display from the wider picture but you can't. Each victory and display that suggests the players are still playing for Pardew just buys him more time, which ultimately means more time for him to drag us through this void of mediocrity and embarrassment. I may seem like a depressing, moaning, arsehole, but if everyone else was like me (and the others on this forum) then this utter muppet would have fucked off a long time ago, we probably wouldn;t be bottom of the table, and I could probably enjoy a League Cup victory away to Crystal Palace. You are a depressing, moaning arsehole. You're one of us.

emphasis should be on the word should. Sadly, we don't live in a reality where logic holds much sway.

It really should be far far too late for any PR campaign.

It was an abysmal Crystal Palace side, and every victory this cunt achieves consoles the likes of you for at least a few days.
