Yes he was young, but don't go on like you were the one who found him Tbf to Fat Sam he did play Carroll in pre season. Didn't he then get injured against Juventus and was unavailable for a time? Also, it's quite hard to play for a teenager with the likes of Viduka, Martins, Owen and even Shola in front of you.

I agree, still think Routledge can make it in the Premier League. Although obviously if Barton and Nolan continue like this his chances will be limited for a while. True. If Barton plays anywhere near like what he did yesterday untill the end of the season it'll be 'the end' for Routledge.
