glorious stuff from pardle
-
his comments are really starting to get to me now like, it's 'cause he's trying to sell himself so hard to get the job obviously but still he's close to pardew levels of annoyance atm
-
Have a feeling Villa will do us tbh
-
From what I could see Carver sat on his arse for 90 minutes and offered nothing to the players. He should have been in his technical area giving them instruction but it appeared that didn't know what to say or do. Can't say I'm remotely shocked by that
-
I have no words. Only one word is needed, "Lunatic." this is the worst part really, so concerned with his own position he's not prepared to defend the player so is effectively hanging them out and absolving himself from blame 4 years with pardew wasn't wasted
-
it'll depend what the spreadsheet says, obviously everyone is going lose their bonus this season so is that enough of a saving for MA to not care about finishing top 10? i doubt it
-
i'd rather see him leave ASAP than see this thread bumped so often with the same discussion of whether he's shit or not
-
me either, but i suspect his appointment is going to quickly become untenable with a succession of heavy defeats and they players packing it in for the their summer holidays he doesn't have "finished 5th" to support him, no-one seems to give 2 fucks he's a geordie (rightfully)...the only thing he's got is that people might give him slack 'cause he's working under ashley's tight conditions or whatever bollocks like pardew but i don't think that's going to save him unless he pulls some really shock results out of the bag i can't see it, there are some dark days-a-comin

Man City 5-0 NUFC - 21/2/15 "Match" thread - Post match reaction from p. 1

this is it like, it'll have to relegation followed by a series of catastrophic decisions and league one then he'd be ready to fuck off i think it's the choice of a future of orchestrated mediocrity or hope for us to be relegated so ashley will jump -
See that crack about Sevilla here is pretty much what is wrong with football.

Fucking MacDonald and Wraith

Re: this Chelsea bollocks. I like how in the writings about they keep saying that "despite having a Jewish owner" etc. What fucking difference does that make like? As if all these clowns would just decide they weren't racist anymore because their favoured vehicle for racism was suddenly owned by Roman, with them having no say in it. If anything it would probably make them more racist

One other thing occurred seeing these smug rangers arseholes so delighted with themselves that they're about to be rid of Ashley. Reminds me of The Dark Knight everyone hoping Batman will catch The Joker so they can go back to the mobsters and honest theft they can stomach
-
Bit more 'bad' publicity for SD, loans on terms that are staggering and shit owning r rangers club crest or whatever it is suggest financially he'll come out on top. I honestly think though that if he's in it for real with rangers then he's picked the wrong club by half.

What fucking audience are the daily record writing for that they have to use red bold so consistently in every fucking article?

Aye exactly. Like hiring someone as your personal financial advisor on the basis that they'd previously won the lottery and therefore knew their stuff. It's basically been the case from the start. He hasn't necessarily made better financial decisions than Shepherd, he just had the money in the bank to cover his back when he lost the club a fortune by getting us relegated. Shocking how many people's memories have been slowly altered over time by the regime, and they forget that it was these cunts who got us relegated in the first place by their catastrophic mismanagement of the hierarchical structure at the club. Appointing real estate goons and used car salesmen in roles which have never made any sense in English footballing history, and then fucking about majorly with the managerial role. Fuck the lot of them. It's amazing how well their propaganda machine has been winning though, Ashley must be part of the dictators' conferences where keynote speakers like Kim Jong Un and Stalin give lessons in PR. You talk about propaganda machine but for me the really telling thing about the regime is what they can get away with by saying nothing, and they fucking know it. Strategically the worst thing they can do from their perspective is let charnley start mouthing off every week as it's already getting people's backs up. Having no one speak removes any point of focus for anger for the fans. Works perfectly.
-
Promises to improve communication. Comes out from under his rock to communicate and doesn't update fans on the manager search that is the single most important issue at the club. It's almost as if there is no manager search.
-
they sell but they spend a fair wedge on replacements and squad building though no? Third party ownership, they aren't paying the full reported fees, and will probably have a Falcao situation in their hands if someone makes it big (I think Griezmann is fully theirs, though). Their financial situation is pretty f***ed up; they recently sold 20% shares to a Chinese billionaire just to meet running costs and service the debt. However, the fact they have got a Chinese billionaire to invest in them is a good sign. Holy shit
-
Nothing we didn't know. "I believe they can help Rangers sell more shirts overseas than we could ever have done on our own." SD only have a handful of stores around the world don't they, mostly in europe? none in asia, none in the US (?)

we got one mike!

I hate it, but somehow enjoy it. His conduct in the CL final was probably the worst I've ever seen from a professional manager, absolutely f***ing diabolical. Aye he snapped, but game was 4-1 when Varane decided to play a pass into Simeone when he had the whole field to play the ball out of play. He aimed at Simeone and the guy snapped. He should probably learn to control himself but I thought it was poor form from Varane tbh Seen Scolari hit a guy on the pitch and Pardew headbutt someone, that's worse IMO. He was acting the cunt before Varane iirc. Don't remember the exact timeline but from the moment Real equalised or took the lead he totally lost it. Varane was just the final explosion. Like Ronaldo I recognise he's great, but he's a woeful person.
